Yeah that’s one thing about Dr. Lee, she doesn’t sacrifice patient pain and discomfort for a good “pop.” She has loads of tools to make it simpler and this person use 1 tool and their thumbs, satisfying, but made cringe too because I’m sure it was painful.

Bet this person wears glasses. I taught my son, who wears glasses, that you have to clean the whole glasses frame and bows sometimes. Dunk it in clean dishwater. Wipe thoroughly. I also taught him that every time he showers to wipe the entire ear with a wet towel, and rub behind the ears, especially at the top.

Man - if those pores aren't closed up with stitches or something they're gonna fill right back up and become huge blackheads again in like a month. The gift that keeps on giving
Stitches wouldn't work. Smooth unbroken skin won't "heal" together just by sewing it. They would have to do a minor surgery and cut the pockets, then stitch them to get them to close. That's a lot of pain and trouble for a place on the body that's almost never seen. He's probably just going to need to... WASH BEHIND HIS EARS 😆 with a good oil removing cleanser daily.
