Preach! Absurdly cheap low cost consumer goods lock people into cycles of constant consumption and endless waste.
Thank you again for the work you do making our tiny hats for birds and cats! The irony that the hats we put on the birds are 10x the quality of the birds themselves doesn't escape me. Keep up the good work!

Good video Chris, I remember the days when I would take my boots to a local cobbler and get new soles put on or have repairs done. Now it's hard to find a cobbler

This comes with no shock, but I fully agree with you, man. I would be more than happy to pay triple what im paying now for a good pair of jeans that lasted longer than three months and was make in the US.

    1. The tiny hats are addorable and I can't stop picturing a big hat with a bunch of the little hats waddling behind it, why did I decide the hats where ducks? Don't know, but that's what happened.
    2. I totaly get wanting something that lasts forever, whenever people ask me why I got a pair of PNW boots I always just say that I wanted a pair of boots I would be so happy with that I would never have to wory about getting any other pair (Obviously I still end up ogling other pairs but I can say I havent felt the need to find something better and that is what I want) that is also why I've been looking into your hats so much, cause to be honest I am the kind of person who would only ever need 1 hat to wear out and about and maybe a hat I can wear while dressed up.
2.5? That got me thinking about the hat's I currently own and realizing it's a kinda spurratic colection, I got a cheap cowboy hat, a nice cowboy hat that is sadly too small now, a medieval hood (which oddly enough is far and away my most worn hat... like worn nearly every day from about October into April) and a hard hat that used to be my great grandpa's, the only baseball cap style hat I own was transformed into a fox head for halloween years ago, which is weird to think about.

Hey Chris, it's Michael... Would you please consider doing a R.R. cap for my Angel Christmas Tree Topper? I'm sure she'd really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
