After the massacre at Katze Plain, a lot of the inheritors of the noble families had been killed, leaving the second/third/fourth sons taking the responsibility but the thing is they were not trained in the first place to take the responsbility, that's why a new faction arises that composes the neophytes which Philip belonged. And Nazarick deems this as an opportunity to further destroy the Kingdom's internal affairs.
I know it's going to be quite difficult but it would be great to have the sound of the episode a little bit higher, i dont know how it works with the striking
