Aoa .. hier ac ka outdoor Sy bilkul Pani ni Nikal rha .. aik technician ny bola k germi zada hai is waja sy but last year to Pani atta tha .. kia koi msla hai jisko fix krwany ki zarort hai ?
I mentioned following queries/problems/troubles I faced during DAIKIN AC installation : 1. Technicians were forcing me that they are coming on 10:30 PM in night for installation of AC in colony. After argument they agreed to come in morning. 2. Out of 2 persons visited for installation, 01 went away immediately, so I along with other technician have to pickup the AC outdoor unit to the Roof. I have to pull Copper tubes & cables from roof so that he can adjust it from room because second technician was not there. 3. They were not having any level gauge for measurement for slope on asking they got irritated. 4. They were not having any pen/ pencil for marking. I gave my pen which they have not returned. 5. Only 14 feet of power cable was required but they forced to take 16 feet length and also charged for it. (40/- per feet). 6.They were not having vacuum pump with them to remove air from line. On asking they made false excuse. "Hence they just installed new AC without removing any air". This is beauty of DAIKIN. 7.They charged 800/- for outdoor stand which cost only 400/- 8. They did not install/fit yellow filter came with packing , on asking they said it will be installed after first service. Presently my AC doesn't have this filter in it. 8. After starting AC , it was not cooling properly, I asked for Gas pressure, they said back pressure should be 120-130 but it was showing very high reading of 180. 9. They gave slope of Indoor unit to opposite side as they don't have any gauge. Water started falling from AC. 10. They cut down Earthing wire from cable so that PCB can be damaged during short circuit. All these things were found during 2 technician visit. & He also admit that previous technician destroyed your AC. These are the main problems I faced. Due to improper installation of in near future my AC got any problem, Tell me who will be responsible?. After higher amount than other AC available in market of same cooling capacity and Tonnage, I got this pathetic service from WORLD CLASS COMPANY"DAIKIN".
