Hey mate ... really great video. Clear explanation of the added features.
My big question ... which mic's are recommended? I'm only a part-time videographer (I'm a photographer picking up the odd video job), and each job I add equipment to my kit. So the big question is - go natural, or add a lav mic? Haven't found many videos about this.

Good video, but u didnt show different between quality sound ver 1 vs ver 2. That's why I came here. U show only spec different but without the most important things which is output sound from this device.

@@DirtyCruze. then not worth it. The noise floor ratio is terrible on the Rode GO I

Hi there. I lost my Go 1 receiver, so I went to Best Buy and purchased a Go 2 that came with one transmitter. But I still have my Rode Go 1 Transmitter as well. Could I possibly connect my Rode Go 1 transmitter to my Rode Go 2 Receiver? Would the Go 1 Transmitter work with the Go 2 Setup? Or is the Go 1 and the Go 2 different frequencies?

    Hi Tim,
Have you tried the PicoMic from PicoGear?
It is so small with no pack to wear. I really like it except that I using it while teaching yoga and the mic is on the outside of the clip so sometimes it unexpectedly rubs while recording so that is frustrating.
I am curious what you think about the PicoMic.

    Hi Tim,
Just wondering whether they're compatible? Can I connect two of them (Go and Go II) if I have a Rode SC11 Right-Angle 3.5mm TRS Y-Splitter Cable? Thanks! - Joseph
