I have one of these as well. Stick it in my gig bag for a backup and I take it band practice all the time. I have gigged with it several times, it gets it done and was only $100 when I got it. Now this blew my mind when I did it by accident, I'm not sure they put it in the manual. Step and hold button 2 to switch between patch mode and stomp mode. Now you can assign up to 3 blocks per button to turn on/off. And load some IR's can really make it come alive.
I guess i am late to this party, i bought one of these around this time last year or maybe the year before. Mostly to use in a recording setting. I too am an old school pedal thru tube amp guy. One day i hope to actually use this pedal as i intended. Nice demo. Thanks.
I was really thrown when I saw the thumbnail picture and it said “J-Man” underneath, and I was thinking “You don’t do that.” lol That was hilarious. But it sounds like a good piece of equipment. I was hoping it wouldn’t be that good, so that I wouldn’t be wanting to buy one too. lol But it sounds great! It looks like a keeper to me too. Congratulations. I already bought the Sonicake Matribox (V.1) and the Boss IR-200 (full size). Sidebar: That Valeton GP-100 sounds really good. I mean we’re all hearing it over RUclips, but it sounds as good as anything else on YT, so that says all I need to know. Seriously, based on what I heard, and the specs you were reading, and my faith in your taste, I would have tried to buy one too. No kidding. Good purchase. Adios bud.🤜🏻💥🤛🏻. Btw, smart looking guitar too!
Thanks man😀 Yeah I haven't got into it too deep yet... No time! But I will try and tweak a few things and create my own patches and if it sounds authentic, I'll keep it and if not bye bye! Hahaha
@@j-man9457 Yeah, dude. I hear ya. Freakin effects devices just went all super-tech futuristic behind everybody’s back. Nobody can tell me when it happened, but the stuff is all different now. And I’m seeing patterns in all of it. For instance, there’s always two knobs which each do something already. But if you hit those two knobs at the same time, you get a tuner function. And so far, of those two knobs, the one on the left also turns on a looper function. Get curious. Tell me I’m wrong. LOL
Hey no clue as I really haven't had time to dive into this. this demo was just how it comes.... My guess would be yes as it does have stereo L & R outputs although for this demo I was L (mono) into my headrush speaker...🙂
Haven't these sims come a million miles since those kidney bean Pod Gos? Through your HeadRush FRFR, it sounds really good. All this and you haven't touched the expression pedal yet! couple questions: Is there a PC interface? Is this more for the at home player with recording capability? Great video, J!
Yup there's a PC interface, but for me I wouldn't get into that stuff hahaha... And yes didn't get into anything other that what's already there and the little part with the looper if you watched that far hahaha. Seems to work well and the sounds are pretty usable... Thanks for watching and commenting!
Every guitar with different pickups that you run through it will make each one of those patches sound different and that's why they have the knobs in order to be able to dial in what you really want to hear. I hate him cuz they're so damn complicated to figure out

Cool man thanks! I’ll try that for sure!😀

Thanks.... It's not bad but not for me!
Good for live gig. Bui a bit messy on backing tracks because it does not have a master volume

@@wasteddude9387 yup 100% all the same hahaha
Very nice unit for the price! I see it's about $143USD on Amazon right now. Does it have true stereo effects like ping pong delay?

Yeah.... Not sold on it yet, but right out of the box, it's more usable than most that I've come across so far...🤔
Play the bass patches.
Ok! I’ll give it a go tonight haha!
Not bad at ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah not sure what to think haha. It's pretty good for sure.
Man you can play wish I could download some of that in my finger tips
Hahaha! Pretty rusty. All riffs from my high school days lol
