This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! You absolutely nailed the official Cuphead style, AND the way that 19's animated Disney characters move at the same time! The characters you used for all the voices really fit them, and so does the music in general! This definetly needs more attention, keep up the amazing work!!!
the movement is so fluid & expressive and the character acting is fantastic . the composition is so fun and so perfectly nonsensical , its so authentic to old rubberhose toons its insane . i am obsessed with this man holy shit

Everything that happened in this felt like EXACTLY what would have happened in an actual cartoon from the 20s or 30s. The vibe encapsulation is IMMACULATE. (You also did a great job of matching the different voices to characters. The Root Pack stand out as particularly exceptional “casting”, as well as matching the genre shifts to Djimmi, Cala and Cagney.)
Oh my God the backgrounds in this are SO GOOD. They strangely enough remind me of 2000s Disney movie storyboards, the shading gives the shapes volume and depth its so good. Another thing I wanted to say was how you were able to fit in every single cuphead boss as well as some of the Run & Gun enemies in a believable way that didn't feel forced or feel "fan-servicey" is absolutely perfect. I'm on my 2nd watch through and i gotta say the fact that everything about this literally screams the vibes of the original game back in 2017, the art style is literally one to one the original game- and Im not talking about the 30s aesthetic, I'm saying the characters look like the moldenhaur Brothers and the other animators, Tina Nawrocki, Joseph Coleman and Jake Clark, Hanna Habi -Hanna themselves drew these characters. Even in the little details like when King Dice and The Devil Leer in at Cuphead and Mugman, KD goes in first but gets pushed out of the way by The Devil to the scenes of King Dice at the "chase em away" scene, Cuphead and Mugman dancing with Djimmi and replicating Cagney's "Swing You Sinners" inspired shuffle, Grim Matchstick, Cala Maria, Djimmi The Great and of course who could forget, Cagney Carnations being some of my favorites in the whole video. This is very quickly becoming one of my favorite cuphead animations/animatifs of all time, just everything about it was absolutely lovely and makes the early cuphead fan inside of me cry out for wanting this back in 2017-2018. From one cuphead veteran to another, I have nothing but respect for you and your craft and I hope the fruits of your labor pay off when Studio MDHR and The Cuphead Show crew sees this magnificient love letter to Cuphead
