What the Flash meant, was in the comics, the Reverse Flash (Eobard Thawne) got his powers from putting on one of the Flash's suits that he found in a time capsule. Eobard Thawne then inverted the color of the suit (reversed the color) and called himself the Reverse Flash. Eobard only has the Flash's powers if he has the suit on.
No reverse flash has the negative speedforce, he doesnt need the suit

Things good about each of the characters in this episode:
For Deadshot, the combos you can land and his overall playstyle of 'shoot to kill' makes him a lot of fun to play
For Black Canary, you can keep your opponent on the air for a long time without having to worry about losing the combo. Black Canary is good for those players who like just going all in.
For Cheetah, her overall aggression and speed make an excellent combo. My playstyle is speed and damage, so I like this character a lot. But anyway, she will dominate you in battle if you're not careful.
For blue beetle, all of his abilities are nice and good, and the juggle combos... The juggle combos are insane with this character.
For The Flash, his speed is the best out of the entire roster, which is obvious. In the right hands, he is essentially unbeatable. This monster is overwhelmingly powerful and can destroy you in a flash. If you find a level 30 flash, say your prayers and kiss your ass goodbye.
For Captain Cold, he works best against fast opponents as his cold guns' abilities almost all slow them down. Being a guy who loves speed and damage, this guy is the bane of my existence. In the right hands, he can pull off some pretty sweet combos and that is what makes him a good character.

btw at 12:14 the reverse flash doesn't actually use the speed force, he uses technology that makes everything around him slow down. If you didn't know.

Just so you know, Reverse Flash has the negative speed force, not the regular speed force, and he doesn't actually have super speed, he has time manipulation, so he slows down time around him, giving the illusion of super speed. I think.

Actually The Reverse Flash doesn't have the speed force he has a man made speed force called the negative speed force so technically The Reverse Flash has never had the speed force on his side.
