A day trip to Salamanca is possible from Madrid. A long day but perfectly feasible for most people. Buses run frequently from early to late.

Hi Cindy. I'm pleased it was useful. I lived in Salamanca for a couple of years in the 1990s. My daughter wanted to learn Spanish so I returned with her last year. Thanks Gisela. I lived in Salamanca for 2 years. 20 years later my daughter wanted to learn to speak Spanish so I took her to Salamanca. While she was in class I made the video.
