Thank you for subscribing! A Halo 2 Havoc Mod would be amazing, but there's a mod that at least somewhat mimics it called Halo 2 With Sprinkles. I've got a video out now of me playing through The Arbiter mission if you're interested.
So for killing the marines on friendly fire its actually turned off so you can literally run them over, blow them up and hit a tank on them and they still be ok just to let you know in future videos. But you will love this mod further down the line that's for sure
