I actually miss these kinda of videos from corridor, just dumb stuff that in the end looks awesome, it's nice that they evolved too more serious things over the years, but it still saddens me that we don't get these more often.

I severely miss this kinds stuff from them. They really just seem to focus on their BTS content/Corridor Crew content more than this channel's content, honestly.
Haha this is the same exact comment people made last week with Sam's magic trick video, that they never do old school corridor stuff but they do it all the time
Just ask xkcd that question, you’ll get good results. They actually explain how the world would change as the scenario happens. Take their “what if you drained the oceans” video as an example.
One of the best looking Corridor Digital videos. Usually there's a degree of jank to these, but this one was really high quality. Top notch effects. Well done!
@@whizthesugoi Not always. Sometimes they make just... stuff. Stuff that doesn't rely on experimental technology, which still looks janky because that's good enough to tell the story. They know their limitations, be it budget, time or technology, and they perform accordingly in a reasonable manner. In this video they got a splendid scan of the building, their CG materials are on point, the deflation was designed really well to look realistic, and even the photography is up there.
Guys this was great! I've been a fan for well over 10 years and this felt like one of the old classics! Centered around vfx, but driven by story. Simple, hilarious. Great job! ❤
This was awesome. I've never seen something like this done before but this is glorious. I hope to see more like this from you all more often again - I miss this old Corridor!
The last line delivery was absolutely the pinnacle of this video. I was busy admiring the 3D model scans you guys did because I bought my own scanner and the comedy was a bit lost to me, but the absolute last thing I expected from this video was that line delivery lmao
This video was such a wild ride from start to finish! Absolutely loved the high adrenaline scenes and the 'needle' concept was super unique. Great job guys, always pushing the envelope! Oh and happy belated birthday! 🎉
This started as one of the funniest things I'd seen in a while, I actually laughed out loud at the car deflating. That being said, after that I also immediately said it would end with earth deflating entirely and while the rest of the video was entertaining, it didn't really come with anything new and was a bit predictable. I feel like there should've been some subversion of expectations at the end.
Wouldn't just the one tile on the sidewalk deflate? If the whole world would deflate, why didn't it deflate when the building was pierced? The building is also attached to the ground...
absolutely love that final render of the earth deflating. it's the exact type of thing that you look at and think "Wait a minute i had a cool idea for a skit"
You guys are geniuses! This is *so* funny and expertly crafted. You guys possess a very special and amazing kind of creativity, and I fucking love you for it! 🎈 This video gets 4.7 out of 5 balloons 🎈
SCP 008, the sharpest needle in the world, danger level: WHAT ARE YOU DOING JUST PUT IT BACK REAL CAREFULLY JUST DON- (accidentally drops needle onto scientist's foot) OH MY EFFING GOD!
Air escapes from something inflated because the atmospheric pressure inside the object is less than the pressure outside, which cause is to collapse from all sides when punctured. Since space has no atmospheric pressure, there'd be nothing squeezing on it from the outside so the air wouldn't escape.
*(adjusts glasses)* Actually.... When something is inflated, the pressure inside is HIGHER than the pressure outside. It deflates because of the pressure of the gasses within pushing out. It tries to equalize the pressure of the inside vs. the outside. I believe you're thinking of why things like cans can implode if you pump the air out (or things like submarines implode from water pressure on the outside). But there's a difference between implosion and deflation.
I actually miss these kinda of videos from corridor, just dumb stuff that in the end looks awesome, it's nice that they evolved too more serious things over the years, but it still saddens me that we don't get these more often.
They literally released Anime Rock Paper Scissors 2, three months ago.

Classic Corridor
Yeah its always those nostalgic videos
I severely miss this kinds stuff from them.
They really just seem to focus on their BTS content/Corridor Crew content more than this channel's content, honestly.
This is one of their better videos in a while, if feels a little more like old school Corridor 😊
Hell yes! I wish they'd do more like this one. This was so awesome to watch!
yeah it's soo hot
This was awesome, I really miss the old style of corridor videos just like this, would be super cool if there was a return to this form of content!
if this tracks enough popularity, I am sure they will try to come up with some other cool stuff like OG corridor.
The video we just watched doesn't count as a return to the style of video that we just watched?
They never left this form of content, I could give you a dozen examples from the past two years alone.
Haha this is the same exact comment people made last week with Sam's magic trick video, that they never do old school corridor stuff but they do it all the time
@@KaladinVegapunkI feel like that video is like a month old but I do see your point.
the cop deflating is some body horror I didn't even know existed. and now it's in my nightmares. thanks, Corridor!
Well
He did Undeflited him self with a pump
Not very similar at all but if you want more nightmares look up the Three Body Problem ship scene
The little extra step as he was nearly fully deflated was a nice touch
This was an incredible video! One of my favorites of yours in recent times :)
This gives me 2013 RUclips vibes and I'm all for it, keep up the great work guys.
Now we just need Wren to make one of his science-y videos on what would happen, step-by-step, if the world deflated like that!
on god
we would die
earth is created by dirt, if it was made with air, we would bounce
Just ask xkcd that question, you’ll get good results. They actually explain how the world would change as the scenario happens. Take their “what if you drained the oceans” video as an example.
Still can't believe how far cgi has come from when I was younger. Was grinning through the whole thing. Well done guys!

pretty sure that that's because this one isn't very experimental, while most of the others they're relying on cutting edge technology

I LOVE this, is so cool seeing you guys go back to that classic quirky Corridor Sam and Niko feel. Matt and Jordan and the gang captured it perfectly!
I have known! Everything is overblown
Loved this! Felt super Old School Corridor, even without Sam and Niko on camera!
Corridor back at it with a banger ! This is one of my favorites among your last videos !
The cop pumping himself back up with the bike pump! Absolute gold haha
This video proves that Jordan was one of the best New comers on Corridor. He understood the assignment and he executes it with passion.
Alternate ending:
Stack a bunch of haystacks then put the needle in there
I love these videos because its a 50/50 split between amazing vfx and horrific existential dread

@ComputerGameAmbience 💀 Stick to posting Ambience brother
I loved this and the video on the corridor crew channel! Well done
I love these short films that follow a simple premise but are executed so perfectly. Please more of those :)
This felt like a CLASSIC video, almost immediately! Fantastic work!

Car Starts To Deflate, “Is That A Feature ?” 😭😭
Impressive. I saw the backstage video first, and I'm still impressed. The walking while deflated is my favourite part.

The transition of the cop deflating literally gave me chills, it was so cool

It's just not the same without Wren and Jakey. Like in the good old days
Fun fact: in the scp universe this needle would be classified as safe object
