After looking at your list, I and your reasoning I think I should point out a few things.
Your playing 3 mametyramon, but no bt14 tyrannomon.
Yes it's no DP Buff but when you swing with dinomon as you climb your suspending a body.
Mametyramon with untap dinomon. If you passed memory over and it's end of turn, you get a second swing.
You really are dependent on drawing the right cards and I think that hurts the deck.
Taiga and a 1 digimon emperor could easily be dropped for a jade memory boost.
Myself and many others agree the purple agumon isn't worth it.
EX4 Agumon gives memory and draw and your playing 4 EX8 Eggs, so they are live under that agumon for easy floor gate removal.
The protoform could come up, but you can't tuck it under dinomon or master to set them up again.
Also if you use normal X antibody, with only 1 tyrannomon X or 1 Ryutaro still get to lv6.
X antibody puts you to mametyramon, and the other puts you on dinomon.

@@Dinowrestler Thank you for your time to suggest different techs to me!
I tried running BT14 Tyrannomon in the deck, but I don’t like it so far in my builds that I’ve tested it in. I found the Start of Main Phase effect to be really restrictive when I want to go into it. The ideal situation is to Digivolve it over an Agumon in Breeding and then push it out next turn, but I found myself either Digivolving in the Battle Area, or when I did successfully have it present in Battle Area at the start of my main phase, the effect wasn’t too useful. Even running 4x BT14 Tyrannomon and 4x MameTyramon, the unsuspending and attack at end of turn combo was hard to pull off after many games. I did usually want to Raid over my opponent’s Digimon (as while having a Lv 6 Dinomon is nice, my build doesn’t rely on going up to it in the same turn) or force them to Block via Collision, and I find that the DP buff matters more for my specific build. I really like the MegaGargomon ACE in my build, and I really do not mind just ending turn at Lv 5 and will sometimes intentionally do so, even if I have a Dinomon in hand that I could go into that turn.
The same was true with EX4 Agumon. Gaining 1 memory is nice, but it heavily relies on you having a Ryutaro out for the memory gain. I’ve been playing with ST7 Guilmon and I really like it. The Guilmon inheritable will draw a card when you delete an opponent’s Digimon on your turn, and it’s a Reptile, so your EX8 Tyrannomon can still go over it for 2. I’m keeping the Purple Agumon in my deck, and I took out the EX4 Agumon and AguBond ACE in my non-thematic list (also replaced EX8 Koromon with BT14 Koromon).
I do really like the Proto Forms and since I’m running them at 4 now, I just use them whenever I go into Tyrannomon X or MameTyramon without fear that I won’t have one in hand when I need them. Going to security when my Digimon leaves field and grabbing a Digimon source to hand is so good that running 4 just seems right. If needed, one of my Lv 3s can go into Tyrannomon X and have its effect active when I can’t/don’t want to go into a Tyrannomon first.
I have also considered splashing in BT9 X Antibody mostly to reenable Fortitude again, but I’m still exploring that route. It’s just like you said, any of my Lv 4s can go into MameTyramon and then I can suspend Ryutaro to go into Dinomon. It’s nice if I need it when it’s able to come up, but I mainly like it for tucking under Dinomon or MasterTyrannomon for Fortitude again.
