Did you replace the seal behind the axle? Same thing happened to me I’m trying to figure out how water got in there in the first place

I have not however I'm about to pull the diff and do a full refresh last ride she took on a lot of water and puked out the driveshaft seal so I assume this is where the water was being taken in at. Both axle seals are dry but going to replace anyway. Sorry for late response.
