Shame you can't find a 4 bladed tail rotor to do the same thing in keeping with the scale look..
The 4-bladed tail rotor on the prototype does not make a perfect cross. The blades are not at 90 degrees to each other. I wonder if Boeing did that to reduce noise. If someone made a scale version, perhaps that might make the heli quieter whilst looking correct?
Yes the 4-bladed tail rotor on the real heli is arranged that way to actually reduce noise, they’re not 90-degree to each other.
