Your drills are gems for many reasons. For example, your use of training devices to provide immediate feedback, your concise, brief and easy to follow instructions. Keep up the good work, Coach Rob.
Rob, I just stumbled on to your channel recently. This is good stuff and I’m definitely going to try it. It seems to promote watching the club face strike the ball before looking up to follow the shot.I remember an article by Jack Nicklaus decades ago discussing this same concept. He had is coach, Jack Grout, face him and grab a handful of his hair while he went through similar motions. I’ve not seen this idea discussed since. You are reviving this concept although the hair idea definitely would not work.
Thanks Rob for this excellent video! While I have more or less learned on the shoulder and hip tilt during back swing, from this video, I realized that I didn’t pay attention to my hip sway during follow through, which affects my “arm straight” too. Will do this drill every day!
Very useful and thoughtful...other head on wall drills just turn post impact, stays in flexion too long. You provide the proper feel which is extension at that point.
Really appreciate your videos and clear and in depth explanations. Would appreciate if you could do some videos for sand traps. Greenside and fairways. Thanks
Rob, love your videos and you're correct -- game changer. Quick question - - what is the tilt of your shoulders at P4 with the club you're using? 36 degrees or more? Is it about the same with a Driver or somewhat less? Thanks!
I have the irange sports stand and mag plane stick. But mine does not stay on the stand. The magnet is week and when extended it falls off. What am I doing wrong?
I like it, but but , confused, as at 3.05 as an example, you just absolutely don’t hit that look or position when you swing proper. In all your swings. So confused..
You are the best coach ever I have seen on RUclips 👍
Appreciate that! 🙏🏻

Thank you, Mike! 👍🏻
It's amazing how much we can improve without a club or hitting balls. A+🎉
Couldn't agree more!
Few years ago, talking about "building a wall" was very negative. But you just made it great again😁🙌
Love it! 😊

Rob your videos are amazing. Your ability to get your point across in a simple but effective manner is truly a gift.
That’s very kind of you to say so. Thank you! 🙏🏻

🤣🤣🤣🤣 harsh..... but fair!!!
This will help tremendously to prevent my early extension and hip thrust towards the ball, thanks! Will do it every day for two weeks....
Let me know the results! 🙏🏻
@@robcheneygolf1Is this a drill specifically to address early extension?

Nice one, Bill! This will help you for sure! 👍🏻
Excellent drill!
Thank you!
This is one of the best drills I have ever seen
I like it

Hoping to add some soon once I can get access to one for filming purposes. Thanks!
Would this drill would still be applicable for using a driver? Thanks Rob
Yes, absolutely 👍🏻
Thanks!

Rob, how far/close to the wall should one be? obv ‘morph’ characteristics being pivotal to the movement yes?
Morning Rob!
👋
For over 20 years, I've suffered from chronic "Loose the tilt-itist"....I think this drill will finally cure me, LOL...
That sounds painful! 😂
@@robcheneygolf1 🤣
Hey rob, I can’t stop pulling my iron shots :( any tips? Thanks!
Open the club face at set-up.
Hi Rob, my head drops towards the ball on my backswing. Will this wall drill help eradicate this?
The “head drop” is excessive tilting to the left in the backswing. This drill will train you to reduce/eliminate that movement 👌🏻
@@robcheneygolf1thanks again Rob. Since watching your videos and reading the Stack and Tilt book, my contact and consistency is at a new level 👍
Hi Rob, do you have any other drills or instructions on how to prevent “head drop?” That’s exactly my issue as well.
where can i get grid lines
www.teeclaw.com use code "SNT30" to get 30% off

I'm not sure. Sounds like you something you should contact the iRange Sports team about.
Can you do this drill while practcing the wrench setup? The hips would already be far enough forward. Thanks!
Yes, absolutely! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
ever poke yourself in the eye with this one??
No yet! 😉
I can appreciate these drills, but I do not feel athletic at all over the ball. I feel "stuck" trying to turn through the ball on the downwing.
If you're "stuck" you likely need to move your lower body better. I cover that in this video here - ruclips.net/video/whP4FTsts98/видео.html
@@robcheneygolf1 You are the man, thanks!
I like it, but but , confused, as at 3.05 as an example, you just absolutely don’t hit that look or position when you swing proper. In all your swings. So confused..
Because in a full speed swing there’s more turn and momentum present than a stationary pose.
