Virginia here… I love that crochet corded rug!!! I need some rugs for my bathroom so must get some of that lambs cord ordered!! How are you ..haven’t talked or seen any videos for a while ..hope everything is good back your way! I enjoy your channel so much and love those rag rugs that first brought me to your channel and have made some with my ‘toothbrush needle’ from Aunt Filly and was taught by my Amish friends back in Hutch. Hello, Virginia! So wonderful to hear from you!! It's been a bit since a new video. I plan to get a few more produced here in the next few weeks. "Lamb's Wool" is one of my favorite Bonnie Craft Cords. I've literally made dozens of rugs out of it. Even though it's creamy white, you'd never know using it as a rug. I wash mine once or twice a month .. in the washing machine!! And simply lay it flat to dry! Still looks like new!

When making this rug do you need one package of each color or two packages of the main color before you add the second color. ?
Hello, Elaine! Always good to hear from you!! The rug in the video WILL BE a 24x36" oval. Following the black band I added a solid row of "Cinnamon" & then my scalloped border in the same color. It took 2 1/2 rolls to complete. 1/2 roll of the Black, 2 rolls for the Cinnamon.
Can you share with me the size rug you would like to make? I'm happy to calculate how much Bonnie Craft Cord you'll need. There is also a form on every page of my website you can fill out & I will calculate your fabric needs for every size & shape of rug using fabric, jute, Bonnie Craft Cord & Cora Craft Cord!!
