They said they'd give me 10 bucks for my Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart & Donkey Kong Country. I walked out & am selling them tomorrow from Craigslist for $50 and that's still a good price for the person buying it.
It's nice to hear people reacting and laughing along to the podcast. For retro games I prefer just going to a flea market or buying off a site like amazon or eBay. The whole idea of not knowing what condition you're getting from GameStop is a huge turn off.
First off, I don't see any problem with any retail shop setting prices at whatever they want. Nobody is forcing you to buy their wares, so who cares? You may disagree and that's fine, but if the prices are too high, walk away. That's up for the consumer to decide. Also, buying a video game off a website and having it shipped to your door is all about convenience, not getting the best deal. Sure, I could find a copy of Super Mario RPG at a garage sale for $5 if I looked around long enough..but if I want a copy RIGHT NOW, I don't see any problem with charging a premium for that. The price of items at a gas station can be marked up 30-50% compared to the same exact items at a grocery store. It's about convenience, and people are willing to pay more for that.
I don't trust gamestop after hearing what they do to games they can't sell (damaging it and tossing it in the dumpster)... Makes me worry about rare games ending up in their hands. Even though I do not collect those games, I would never want something so horrible to happen to legacy stuff. To me that's like book burning.
***** Us Scandinavians are crazy about Scandinavian-released games. So if the game has an SCN mark on the front- and backside, the game will automatically go up in price, and sometimes it's by a lot. The French, German and Spanish versions of Castlevania III are like 40 bucks while the Scandinavian is 85. We're lunatics.
***** Well I bought the NTSC version since it was cheaper than a PAL one...it's absurd that it costs around 100€ I bought it for 40€ on ebay....but let's be honest, the PAL version is inferior ;P
They try to offer me in 1995 for $20 where I try to sell my Snes console plus many popular games like Chrono Trigger, Contra 3, TMNT 4, Breath of Fire 2, FF3, Mega man x and x2 and etc for $20. I just took my games and went home. I am not buying any old retro games for more than $20. The best place I find it to be cheap is mostly ebay, garage/yard sale, book/cd/dvd store (recently they have look at the trend in selling online like ebay and price charts) and craiglist. Well i see it as gamestop trying to be a medium for retro game pricing. Which is good and bad. Good for being another alternative of ebay, which most titles that are currently popular (any n64 game, smash bros melee, wind waker etc.) Which are not rare games theres millions of these games, but people either dont want to let them go or they know people will pay a high price for them. Same with some greedy retro game stores I've been to trying to sell mario party 1 2 and 3 for 100 dollars each. Or when i visited Luna games and got twilight princess on the gamecube for 40dollars which isn't terrible and i like your store but gamestop currently has it way cheaper. Bad for people who want to make a profit opening a video game store, which is just a bad idea in general at this point in time. This is coming from someone who doesn't hate gamestop and goes there often and sometimes even trades games in. But i wouldn't dare pay full price for a brand new game or pre order something that isn't limited.
Onyominoma They have it LISTED cheaper, but they don't have it in stock. That's the main point that's being made. If it were in stock and still listed for that price, then that's a fair price, but then you have to factor in shipping, which is $15. So that $30 game is now costing you $45 and you're then spending more than you did at Luna. Anyway, that'll never happen because they'll never get Twilight Princess for the GameCube in stock. Who's going to sell their copy of it for $8-$12?
SupraViperhead you'd be surprised how many people would sell it for 8 to 12 lol. Happens all the time. I see copies of it pop up at local used vendors in my area at least once or twice a month (and thats just counting the copies i actually see) and they give about 10 for it.
Pat, if you didn't notice, all of these items were in stock when the retro site went live. They are only listing games as they stock them. People bought all the deals ASAP, that is why it is showing not in stock.
Not to get into a debate but keep in mind you are buying from a retail store. They have a return policy that allows you to return to any Gamestop for any reason. Also there are many discounts, 10% off with their Pro card, many online coupon codes (I've seen a 16%), free shipping over $25, and I'm sure if they run a buy 2 get 1 free sale it will be included. I guess if you don't like it than don't buy from them but I think they are providing a service for their customers and not for collectors/hobbyists.
I got my SNES at a flea market for 35 (yellowed) and a first party power cord for 12. Honestly that price isn't that bad, I really only saved with shipping and handling You guys nailed the problems: quality and not knowing what is going to come in the mail.
I remember going to gamestop years ago and having a huge bin dedicated to NES titles. They were selling games like rush n attack, Zelda, Kirbys adventure for about $15 each. They should start taking trades again. Oh good times.
I can just imagine it. Some gullible person e-mails GameStop to ask about a PS1 game listed on their site. They ask if the games comes with a case. GameStop replies that it does come with a case. Then said person goes ahead and buys it thinking they are getting an original case, but then when the game comes in the mail, it is held in cheap everyday CD case with one of those stupid cartoon kid labels that their stores have on all their used games that come in with cases with no covers. That's why I never bought used games when I happened to be in GameStops(usually because it was just tagging along with friends). I most likely the bane of the GameStop employees I encounter, because I'm always bringing new copy of a game to the counter and refuse to buy a used copy no matter how hard they push to say it is a better choice than buying a new copy. I remember when I got Borderlands:GotY edition many years ago. The guy at the counter was trying his so hard to sell a plain stand alone used copy of Borderlands. After doing the math, I told the guy, I'd only be saving three to five bucks at most, if I bought the used copy and bought the DLC through Xbox Live. That was when he finally gave up. I can just imagine if GameStop actually sold the games from this retro plan straight up in their stores, I can see GameStop employees trying to get rid of the loose copies first by trying to convince people that it is so much more reasonable to buy such games without boxes\cases.
I don't think any collectors will really be buying from GameStop. I think people who just want to play these games might. People who just play the games don't care about variations or if it's complete, they just want a working cart.
Some but each collector is different and have different priorities. When it comes are cartridge games I don't care if they are loose. Except for sega games. They game I for the most part plastic cases so to me it is worth it to get them complete. For CD based games I greatly prefer original cases as well with box art. Then there are some collectors who already have a game they are looking to upgrade and for those you are either working or deal with other collectors for a book or case or something to make that game complete.
Well my first and probably only GS retro order was canceled as they could not fulfill my order for a Conkers Bad Fur Day for the N64. And they didn't even notify me. I was just looking it up myself to see why my package never came in. Oh well went on eBay and snagged a copy CIB for only $13 more then what GS charged me
I actually ordered Megaman Legends 2 from them when they opened the retro stock. Received just the disc, immediately sent it back. Huge disappointment, I was dying to get it and I was pissed.
My only experience with retro games on Gamestop's website is my recent purchase of Conker's Bad Fur Day. Normal eBay pricing is $75-90 and I snagged it for $66 after discounts. Not bad at all! Also, cart condition was pristine.
The topic here is exactly what I've been wondering for a while. The fact that most prices are pretty cheap but just so happens to not be in stock. It's just a way for GameStop to get you to come to their website. It's price baiting. I've seen it time and time again. Craigslist for example. You see a pic when scrolling and let's say it's a pic of chrono trigger and it says $5. It makes you open up the ad only to find out they want $100 for the game. It's sickening. And GameStop is doing it on a much higher level
I bought some NES games from them because I was curious to test it out. One of the games was missing from the shipment, but listed on the packing list. Another game was the dirtiest game I have ever seen and required 9 Q-tips to clean. And a game that has memory back up had an old battery in it as indicated by all the save files being quite far into the game. Prior to the order, I read that they were going to clean, test, and perform maintenance on the games. I don't think they do based on my experience. Worth noting, no boxes or manuals were included and no dust sleeves.
They did have all of those games in stock when they first went live. I teetered on Suikoden 2 and Mega Man legends 2 where I figured I'd probably get loose. I should have just jumped on them though.
if we can get the original OEM's to start re-manufacturing the old systems that would be fine including the prices, but for limited pre owned used and abused copies, we seriously need to sign petitions to get gamestop out of business. people come on.
Most of these were in Stock day 1. I had mega man legends 2 in my cart and talked myself out of it. Keep in mind people with their card get 10% off and there are additional coupon codes out there for 16% more off.
I ordered TMNT Hyperstone heist from GameStop, I'm a pro member so I got it for $44 and it shipped complete in box. I know that this kinda thing won't be typical but I'm guessing it's up to the person who processes your order and what copy they grab off the shelf.
I find it really cool and insane that all the listed Dreamcast games sold out already. all my local stores will not take in Dreamcast games because they think they wont sell. this proves otherwise.
In my opinion I have one huge problem with GameStop doing this is what if they get say nes or snes games that have cases with the cartridge and they just throw away the cases and sell the cartridge. Not much ppl kept the packages to their games so finding a game with the original package is a big deal
I personally like Gamestop. They are the only ones in my area who offer the fun of going into a store and getting a physical copy similar in size to a video store. If they were gone I would miss them, similar to Blockbuster.
I just bought an nes and 2 games from gamestop, neither one of the games worked at first, after cleaning both, one worked, but the other didnt. I then sat down and watched tons of videos and worked with it for over 3 hours, and still nothing. Problem is if i return it i have to return everything i bought since i bought it all together which will kill my money in shipping. Idk what to do, and not only does it not work, it just looks like crap, there is some brown stuff i hope is like mud all over the side and bit on the bottom. I can take a vid and post if you want to see or don't believe me. But guys just go ebay im so mad i bought all that crap and they probs wont give me money refund only different carts and who knows, those may not work
I hate shopping at Gamestop. I just want to pay for my things and go, not run the gamut of questions about the games I'm anticipating being released and the endless pitches for pre-paying for them to make sure I get them. It's annoying. It always takes forever for the person in front of me to complete their transactions, too. You're buying a game, not investing on a house!
I would never buy a game without knowing the condition it is in. I saw a local store selling an earthbound that had no label and the cart had been melted. They listed it at 200.
***** Unfortunately, there is no PA in Pa and you can't shop online with them (obviously, since it's a Pawn Shop), so your point doesn't mean anything in an area that doesn't have the store.
I really hope you do something about the sound in the next live podcast. I usually listen your podcast when I'm outside, and I couldn't hear shit next to traffic. The echo kills it. Basically from the whole podcast I understood like 30%. :(
I highly doubt Gamestop's target market is collectors. This is most-likely geared toward people who have an itch to play retro games but don't want to dive into working with resellers and thrifting and what-not. People keep beating up on this, but honestly, who cares? If I had some left-over trade credit, I'd consider throwing it toward some retro games. Otherwise, this is no skin off my back. Not to mention that their stock on anything prior to 360/PS3/Wii is spotty at best, so I wasn't too surprised with the supply issues.
$50 for a Dreamcast is complete BS. I can get them with a controller and the AV/power cables for $30, sometimes even $20. And that's in almost new condition.
I'm from Omaha and there is a "Gamers" here and it's been selling every game for every system ever since it's been open....great place and they are fare
honestly gamestop could actually just send out a flyer to every mailbox since they have the money to do that, advertising to bring your old games for some quick cash.... and hopefully sell them cheap enough to deflate ebay prices a lot. Or just cash in on the large pricetag games like they did with xenoblade chronicles.
I really enjoy the podcasts but when it comes to US prices it doesn't mean much to me being from the UK and having a different price structure and currency
VideoTape Well they sell Dreamcast, and the release date for GameCube is close. So, expect them to add GameCube, PS2, and original Xbox to the "Retro Classics" program soon.
The big issue with this is just people arent going to sell them this stuff. The people old enough to like and have this stuff are smart enough to not sell it.
A butcher is selling pork chops for $1 a pound and a woman comes in perusing the counter. He has plenty available. The woman is looking for a deal, however and states that the butcher across the street is advertising pork chops for $.50 a pound. When she asks for a lower price, the butcher says if you want them for that amount go across the street and buy them, which prompts her to respond, 'They're sold out'
Chrono Trigger. Got mine for 35. Beat up. Markered, but still worked. Took it home. Cleaned it up. Printed a reproduction label on it. It's my favorite game to replay. Love it. Will not get rid of it. Lots of fond memories with that game.
Game Stop hehe, even if I reversed time over 10yrs I still wouldn't be ordering any retro from them...the big stopper for me is the quality of their packaging and (I'm assuming) the inability to critically view individual products 360 degrees up close, even Ebay which isn't always the best route of purchase is still a lot more advantageous when considering questions, offers, having some control over packaging by request and the king of them all...actually knowing the most about the cosmetics of the title in detail before paying. Someone could purchase an $8.00 worth $5.00 or instead be patient and tactical and purchase the same $8.00 title worth $20.00 in cosmetics.
Will not buy retro games from GameStop after I heard a previous manager tell me that corporate ordered them to destroy all their retro inventory with hammers. =P
as someone who sets up conventions for a living, and I am responsible for the audio/visual aspect of said conventions, it boggles my mind how these LARGE conventions drop the ball on this shit. Is there no table top mic stands for these guys available? Audio recording is shit too. Instead of the audio being recorded my a mic off of the speakers at a distance, shit coulda been line in off of a mixing board.
Okay I was at game stop I literally saw a guy trade in his stuff like PS4 two games no power cord' game stop sold the mapper cord I store credit so ball park trade $ 270.00 ' it's insulting to trade stuff at GameStop don't do it'
I still think this is going to fail, and I'm not complaining. Gamestop is horrible enough as it is and I hear their website is an even worse expierience. I quit shopping at gamestop probably 5 years ago so maybe it's better but I doubt it. Either way what happens when you want to buy Mike Tysons punchout, the website says Mike Tysons punchout, but they send you punchout? For the most part it's the exact same game, but it's really not. What about metroid. The website shows the label that's kind of like a screen shot, so you buy it thinking that's what you're getting, and you get the yellow label. Again same game, but that's not the point. Gamestop is way to out of touch with their customers and are clueless when it comes to retro
This is why I love ROM's. Screw all this crybaby bullshit. My store charges this but they charge crap. I'm not a gamestop fan but they have to keep the lights on. People on ebay are private sellers, they sell just to get rid of it. Gamestop is trying to run a business... I just want to play the game. This has gotten dumb.
I'd be upset if I payed 70 for a ps1 and I'll it was were the discs with no original box and manual. Only way I would be possibly ok with it is if a completed copy went for over a hundred at least.
Their prices are getting a bit ridiculous $30 for oot an $50 for mm used tf? An oot 3d is now $40 used an $55 new, it was $40 new when released. Not to mention Luigi's Manson dark moon is the same price used as it is new. They use to be pretty decent with prices..
maybe if you do future videos like this you can capture the commentary to the laptop separately so you're not recording off of a PA. it was kind of hard to listen to unless i was focusing on only the video, i usually listen to these podcasts while im doing other things.
Buying blindly - pretty much what you do when you order stuff from jjgames or other sellers who are too big to even make an individual description for an item, much less take a picture.
GameStop doesn't know what they are doing, I tried to buy World Class Track Meet and they sent me a entirely different game called Family Fun Fitness Stadium Events. It did come sealed in the box which was nice I guess.
Gamestop's prices are comparable to Amazon and Ebay. I know, because I started checking when this whole deal went live. I understand why Pat and Ian don't want Gamestop to sell retro games, but they could at least be honest with their reasons, not try to act like Gamestop is out to screw people over.
Jeremy Nichols We aren't. Did you listen? It' isn't the prices. I actually say the prices aren't bad. The issue is not knowing condition. On eBay or at a physical store you know how it looks, if it's complete, disc or cartridge only, etc.
Do you read what you're typing? You say that on Ebay you can see the condition, I get that, but why wouldn't GameStop, easily the biggest video game retailer, not sell you something in good condition? You're going to sit there and tell me, that Ebay, where average people sell things, is more likely to sell you a better conditioned product then GameStop? And why wouldn't they tell you in the product details what you're getting (boxes, instruction manuals, etc)? Seems like you're grasping for straws at this point. Please, just admit that you don't want GameStop selling retro games because is potentially hurts your business. I can respect that because it's the honest reason why you don't want them doing it. Now that they've released their prices, which are competitive with Amazon and Ebay, you and Pat are backtracking and trying to come up with new excuses why GameStop shouldn't sell retro games. To top it off, you're guessing about the condition of these retro games GameStop is selling, but the same could be said about Ebay and Amazon, should they not sell retro games either? Where's your crusade to stop them? They certainly not undercutting GameStop's prices. You also act like GameStop would take a game that they can't either prove works or would willingly sell a game they know doesn't work. Even if they managed to sell a game that doesn't work, they'd let you return it, like other retailers do. So again, what's the problem? Oh yeah, they might put a dent in your business, and you don't want that. I've been waiting to hear back from you as to why GameStop, the biggest video game store on the planet, shouldn't be selling retro games online.
If gamestop selling online was going to hurt my business in any real way then so would have eBay, Amazon, Lukie Games, etc. I don't give two shits about Gamestop. You want real talk so you know I'm not bullshitting? I'd be concerned if they went physical. Not overly but THAT is competition. Gamestop has said that discs may be loose and I'm sure they have plenty of carts with nicked labels and tears. There are already people talking about it. THey are not condition minded. Read other comments in this post from people who have actually ordered But hey, stick to your silly guns like I'd lie about this shit. Also, Pat has no stake in Luna. He has even less reason to hide his true intentions. Looking up I see your final question. I never said, anywhere, that Gamestop shouldn't sell online. I mused they will fail because there are better options. Like ever single other online one I mentioned (well, maybe not lukie). And at a physical store you can hold that shit in your hand and truly judge for yourself. Cheers.
Everyone is looking for a deal, but someone has to get fucked in the end and you can guarantee the seller is going to make sure it's not him. If Customer B wants a Game for $35, then when the Seller buys it off of Customer A, he has to give him only $10-15 for it. If Customer A won't take any less than $25 for it, then the seller has to sell it to Customer B for about $45-$50. Otherwise the seller (who has the sole purpose of turning a profit in order to keep his store open and pay the bills) is going to get screwed and end up going out of business. Unfortunately, the way it goes with most sellers is they buy the game from Customer A for $10 and sell it to Customer B for $50.
***** I go to 7 different swapmeets in two different countries, and friendship videogame store owners are the only ones that give me good deals, I won't deny I still find good deals on the swapmeets but its more likely to get a deal outside of the flea market
what about n64 controller... a gray one is 10 with a good stick but the watermelon or grape maybe around 30-40 for in the pack condition this is bait and switch tactics
They said they'd give me 10 bucks for my Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart & Donkey Kong Country. I walked out & am selling them tomorrow from Craigslist for $50 and that's still a good price for the person buying it.
I really hope this market crashes. It's definitely a rich man's hobby to play the real deal

It was awesome seeing this live. Great panel guys.
The prices are incredibly good in comparison to the European market's.

misterkeebler Interesting. My broader point is that it's easy to throw a game up for a reasonable price when you don't have that game in stock.

I am a collector as well but for cartridge games. Honestly I don't care if they are complete or have slight label damage.
I think a lot of collectors want to complete and upgrade along the way.
I always pronounced it Kickle Q-bickle to preserve the assonance. Love the show, guys. Keep it up.
Great video my friends! Pat and Ian always amuse me.
I sold MK 1 through 3 on snes, Castlevania 4, Cruisin USA to gamestop and bought Bloodborne. I don't regret it at all.
Jeremy McDevitt I could have returned them in store if I had to.
if we can get the original OEM's to start re-manufacturing the old systems that would be fine including the prices, but for limited pre owned used and abused copies, we seriously need to sign petitions to get gamestop out of business. people come on.
A lot of the Genesis and PS1 games are reasonably priced (but not in stock) but all the other systems are high end of ebay prices
I personally like Gamestop. They are the only ones in my area who offer the fun of going into a store and getting a physical copy similar in size to a video store. If they were gone I would miss them, similar to Blockbuster.
The prices are good i bought some games, unfortunately the games were not working so i had to make a return and took the game back to the store.
Pawn America pretty much destroy game stop, I got Zelda nes for 5.99 last week and you can haggle with them for a better price.
***** Unfortunately, there is no PA in Pa and you can't shop online with them (obviously, since it's a Pawn Shop), so your point doesn't mean anything in an area that doesn't have the store.
***** Not being online is an advantage. Stops lots of people from cleaning them out.
I really hope you do something about the sound in the next live podcast. I usually listen your podcast when I'm outside, and I couldn't hear shit next to traffic. The echo kills it. Basically from the whole podcast I understood like 30%. :(
Some people just dont understand game prices. My local game store is still trying to sell Jekyll and Hyde for $20
I highly doubt Gamestop's target market is collectors.
I bet if you brought in one of the NWC carts they'd still give you jack shit for it, and then list it way over priced.
Ian looks like a mix between John Lennon and Daniel Bryan
I really enjoy the podcasts but when it comes to US prices it doesn't mean much to me being from the UK and having a different price structure and currency
No gamecube? No purchase
I know right?! Unbelievable
AcePlays GameCube is extremely recent. This program is for old video games.
I got my SNES an SNESjr systems in excellent condition with accessories for like $5 each :)
FuncoLand (retro game center) was bought out by GameStop, around here. I thought getting rid of the classic games was the worst thing they ever did.
Do we even know if gamestop is keeping the boxes and instructions for these older games and just not throwing them out like they do with the DS games?
Eh, a few games caught my eye because they were close to what I could get them on Ebay for but I think at the end of the day I'll stick with Ebay.
i cant understand why you don't use sm58s with live p.a more on the podcast lol.
cheers guys.
A butcher is selling pork chops for $1 a pound and a woman comes in perusing the counter. He has plenty available. The woman is looking for a deal, however and states that the butcher across the street is advertising pork chops for $.50 a pound. When she asks for a lower price, the butcher says if you want them for that amount go across the street and buy them, which prompts her to respond, 'They're sold out'
I love Yoshi on the NES
that is all
I'm going to get a refurbished NES ( I can't find a good classic one for the life of me ) but I'm going to use my local game store for my games.
ending was funny as hell lol
Gamestop is way to out of touch with their customers and are clueless when it comes to retro
go to a flea market people you will pay $1 for almost any game mentioned, and less then $50 for any of the systems
I'm excited about this for Genesis games case or not I don't resell my games. So in all honesty I'm willing to pay cheap for a loose cartridge.
Lex Luthor devised this marketing strategy; in order to "rescue" these precious games from the evil clutches of GameStop, one must first buy them. 😐
Plus based on these prices I could sell my collection and be rich.
Oh man that mr. Driller shirt is so awesome.
Stop talking prices! This only helps raise prices. Punch Out is now gonna be a 40$ game!!
Where can I sell my gamecube games? Except Xmen Legends, I still play that and StarFox Assault.
I Miss Babbages, man. I bought Earthbound snes for $10 right around 1997
Buy the game and if it's not cib or to your liking return it to a store, no risk.
maybe if you do future videos like this you can capture the commentary to the laptop separately so you're not recording off of a PA. it was kind of hard to listen to unless i was focusing on only the video, i usually listen to these podcasts while im doing other things.
I still remember inputting that code. The only one I'll never forget. ABACABB.
Buying blindly - pretty much what you do when you order stuff from jjgames or other sellers who are too big to even make an individual description for an item, much less take a picture.
I just don't understand why gamestop doesnt have a real photo to go with the game.
What is Pat naming at 8:19? It's really hard to understand him there.
Mr .357 Tecmo Superbowl.
Mr .357 Tecmo Super Bowl
ShassaMMO Thanks
Mr .357 Darude Sandstorm
Locohappy Late and gay
I was really surprised with the prices.
why is there an echo on the audio?
GameStop "Power to the CEO, Not the Player!"
GameStop doesn't know what they are doing, I tried to buy World Class Track Meet and they sent me a entirely different game called Family Fun Fitness Stadium Events. It did come sealed in the box which was nice I guess.
film79 Yeah I agree. I mean, they made 4 Billion dollars last year. What kind of shit is that? I made 9 billion selling games out of my garage.
I like that they are selling retro games now.
Read other comments in this post from people who have actually ordered
But hey, stick to your silly guns like I'd lie about this shit.
Cheers.
Imagine when this fails what will happen to all the games that were traded in they are left with.
mortal kombat may not have blood and different fatalities, but it's a vastly superior version graphically, and musically compared to the genesis.
Boxed chrono trigger for snes $4 from flea market 2 weeks ago
wow a new angle of ian ! he is real!
Ian where can I buy your shirt?!
Ian looks nervous, look at his mic shaking. Its okay Ian, we love you!
skeppsica I'm not a great public speaker.
To be fair he shakes during the podcast like crazy. I think Ian did pretty well here
Keep up the good work boys
It would be more interesting if Pat and Ian teamed up with Reviewtechusa on this topic. Heh...
cheap prices earns word of mouth and brings traffic to their website, simple marketing strategy
Just seen gamestop was selling a gamecube for 20$ not bad
the prices are awesome compared to swap meets
Joaquin morales if you only have access to some very mediocre swap meets with terrible picked-through selection, yeah this would be a slight step up
***** I go to 7 different swapmeets in two different countries, and friendship videogame store owners are the only ones that give me good deals, I won't deny I still find good deals on the swapmeets but its more likely to get a deal outside of the flea market
what about n64 controller... a gray one is 10 with a good stick but the watermelon or grape maybe around 30-40 for in the pack condition this is bait and switch tactics
