  • How to Catch Clean Cook Mahi Tacos‼️
Learn how to catch mahi, fillet it at the dock, and cook it to make some delicious mahi tacos!
It's not uncommon that we hear people ask "Where can I go catch mahi?" or "What are the GPS coordinates for dolphin?" If I have fishing spots for many other species such as grouper, snapper, even tarpon and permit then why not mahi, tuna, wahoo or other pelagic fish? The answer is simple. Pelagic fish are migratory meaning that they don't stay one place for very long. So when you want to catch one of these migratory species you must go find them where they are on that particular day and time. The good news is there methods to finding these fish! The ocean will give you the key information you need to help you locate your mahi mahi. In this video we show you exactly what it is you should be looking for as you head offshore in search for your targeted species! We then head back to the dock to teach you how to fillet it before cooking delicious mahi tacos in the kitchen!

Wow, I'm loving this. I am retiring in March 24. I'll be buying my first center console. I'm super nervous about what to buy. I love your boat but it's a little out of my spending range. I'm from PA and have only fished freshwater. I took a charter in St. Thomas last year and fell in love with the whole experience. I can't wait to get on the water in Florida ad these types of video is exactly what I need. Thank you

Learn how to Ike Jime and bleed out your fish... before you ice it down.
It makes for such a better fish.
When I moved to Florida I could not believe people did not bleed out, gill and gut their fish before they iced it...
I got a 60 pound Wahoo recently with a friend of mine off Lighthouse Point, did the ike jime on it, gilled it and pressure bled it.
We got back to his dock filet table and his wife remarked, Why is this not the bloody mess you usually come back with???
Look in to it it a much better fish!!! Tight Lines everyone!!!
