Suddenly my machine head hit the sticker roll and stopped, an error appeared says “impact stop”
Can you help me solve this issue please

Sounds like you had a head strike, which is bad if the head swiped the film. Try resetting the printer and turning it back on once you release the film.

I have a dtf printer with dual xp600 printheads. The capping assembly lowers but won't raise when it's supposed to. Error 16 code shows up. Any idea on a fix?

Hello thank you for the information very helpful, but how long the print head to seat on capping station with the solution filled up?

Could this be why my DTF 24H4 won’t print on all 4 heads because the clog or is there something else going on?

most likely if you are not doing proper maintenance and wet capping, your printheads will be prone to clogging up.

Hi, if my white printhead is getting clogged, what liquid can I use to clean it to unclog it and take action quickly? Or is it only necessary to do this process with distilled water... Thank you!!

I would recommend wet capping the capping station with DTG pro extreme cleaning solution. We have a video on our channel. We also have a link in the description

Excuse me, but I have one more question, what if I used DTFPRO XTREME as a soak on the lid? What would happen to the print head?
(I already read the instructions and it is not recommended, the one that is recommended is DTFPRO Capping Solution, but my question is what would happen with the other one)

@@8666Pablo We wetcap/soak with the xtreme clean. We soak it 30mins max and never overnight. It helps clear out some of the clogging that we see.

Do you put the print head over that? Is there more to the process I'm in Cali to let me know your cost per SQ ft bc I'm printing a L1800 it is not fast enough for my pace work right now.

Yes, we sit the print head over the capping solution. You can also use distilled water. This helps keep the nozzles moist. We're currently at $5 per sq foot. No min. No artwork fee. Please send us an email info@transfersuperstars.com or visit our website transfersuperstars.com to place an order. Our first printer was an L1800, it was too slow for long production runs. A commercial wide format is easier to manage as long as you have the space.
