Love dragon Link and your profile thank you teacher. I may a reason for you to play the red-eyes package in your list. If you didn't know Scarlight eff rn is like darkness metal dragon eff before the errata Scarlight eff is like also a Mirrorjade so if your Scarlight eff gets negate the first summon from extra deck you can link it off and then bring it back with cards like darkness metal, striker dragon and Rokket recharge reborn or pisty or any Bystial banish Scarlight to bring it back by dis pater first eff so that you can abuse Scarlight eff and break board so technically you have about 4 ways to bring Scarlight back to field. Is what I forgot about Scarlight and how broken of a BB it is in dragon Link and it's perfect for time too which is one reason to play red-eyes package if you play Scarlight and you actually main deck it for game one since you know if you go second and that were he is handy.
I just have struggles to fit it right now I value the extra non engine slots and chance to see them over the extra value I can get while going first with the red eyes package
@@professorsunreis that cool your opinion is your opinion but that just one of the best reasons I play red-eyes pack beside that it beat droll in spheres and we have at least something to extend to after droll is drop on us.
Hey, nice profile. Quick question why not play one called by the grave since droll is your major fear factor. I also think black metal plays better into droll, so I play 45 to play the red-eyes engine an it work pretty good
Called by could be sided I guess, but it doesn nothing vs purley or Kashtira so I don't want to main it. Thing with red eyes it yeah 2 searches are good under droll, but we don't draw non engine with it it doesn't matter if we get drolled Also playing closer to 40 gives me a better chance to see droll, quick launch and chaos space You don't really looses consistency cutting it, just explosiveness when going first, something I don't value very high rn because of droll and oveall lots of hts
@professorsunreis funnily after that comment I went by friends to play and was playing against Lab, I died so hard to droll that I think I want to revisit my stance. However, maybe because my locals don't have much kashtira, I was a little ignorant, so I'm looking at a list closer to 40 at the moment but thanks for the reply
i tested the deck a lot as well, tho its a little fun for sure, it feels super bad imo. Maybe i will do a video on that as its the most time i spent on yugioh in the last 1-2 weeks :D
Prof to play around Droll don't you think BMD is the best choice? If un have in hand Tracer+bystial and start to add boot-Reyes do u have the linear combo line.
Just from the amount of searches you get yes it's the best Still having a solid amount of non engine and staying close to 40 is just not possible while playing it.
What would you recommened for hand traps going forward if i were to play them in dragon link/bystial control? Ive min maxxed my deck to 32 engine with 12 non engine slots for dragon link and 26 engine and 15 non engine for bystial control? imperm books and tactics work great for me but cant decide on what hand traps i like
Hey Prof I'm having a hard time in the mirror match. My locals is all D-link unfortunately. I miss when it was underrated... Any tips? Bystials are obviously really good against the mirror lol
@@e-tan3911 ya true. I've also noticed how important Dis Pater is in the mirror. Since his monster negate effect is almost always live, it's actually huge
I like to go second in the mirror and use my bystials to stop their plays and have the first heavy tempo swing in my favour, afterwards its setting up regained asap and just out resources from there. If you have the space, siding backrow hates makes the matchup so much easier, Talents and Thrust are also really good.
@guillermoguzman8953 thanks been looking into more reasons as to run and was planning on trying it at locals. But looking at using black metal dragon and rmd instead
For my Locals Meta yes, for real tournements maybe a little. Nib is hit or miss for me and id rather side it so i have a, while not as strong, but more rounded and consitent main deck. And for the Side there is just no space rn other than maybe the 2 Ruler Slots you could in theory tinker with those.
In theory it shouldt mean anything for the TCG. It just showed that with Magna and Lub its still in a very fine spot. So if we get hits like that in the TCG Dragons will still be very fine.
Would def watch some locals replays

Bmd is indeed the best ns to use when expecting droll

I'd just say ash at that point
Nib doesn't seem to good against the top 2 decks rn

U need to set up branded spell/trap as soon as possible
Bystial their lubellion. Kinda important for them to set up the regained, especially in a mirror.

Just wondering your thoughts of the assault synchron combo line with accel syncho startdust. Alaways see the play being strong but no one runs it.
I ran it at a vip qualifier on saturday. Its dog sh!t. You would rather see hand traps or board breakers
@guillermoguzman8953 thanks been looking into more reasons as to run and was planning on trying it at locals. But looking at using black metal dragon and rmd instead
Yeah assault is not that good in D-Link
Will upload a bystial synchro list soon, tho it's not as good as D-Link it's still a fun deck
I have a few questions please
Just ask then😂
@@professorsunreis how many hand traps should I run in my deck, and what do you think about agrapain and no 38 in the dragon link deck

DRAGON LINK WIN THE WORLD CUP, U THINK KONAMI HIT BANLIST FOR THIS?
Worlds mean nothing to TCG. Though considering DLink is an actual good deck in the TCG right now, there is a chance it will get hit.
In theory it shouldt mean anything for the TCG.
It just showed that with Magna and Lub its still in a very fine spot.
So if we get hits like that in the TCG Dragons will still be very fine.
I think the deck is safe. Worlds format aside Dragon Link is in the spot of a good deck that performs well, but isn't busted compared to say Kashtira.
Thats the Yugioh-Players mindest: Something wins a tournament, go ban it!
