What amazes me is that the biggest gap here is between the 4060 ti (16gb) and the 4070. Which is also, Nvidia's 2 closest tiered cards. Nvidia definitely messed up the 4060 series.

The 7800 XT is ~30 to 50% faster than the 4060 Ti. Raw rasterization and VRAM matter more than non-native resolution upscaling. Games that will come out in the next few years will only be slower on the 4060 Ti and the 7800 XT will widen the gap. Also the slower the raw rasterization horsepower of the GPU, the worse the frame generation will perform.
12GB on the 4070 sucks if you play 4K you’d be vram limited in alot of games dlss is slightly better but your getting more fps anyways the a amd card at a lower price and a 7800XT plays all games at 4K60fps Ultra currently alan wake etc older titles at 100fps great entry level 4K card

Today order rx 7800. Thats true that gf is better on rt but 4070 will be to wake for future games with RT anyway.
A 4060ti 16gb is more expensive than a 7700 xt where i live, for some reason. Guess im going team red on this build

I want 7800xt. I'm pretty in linux so I want very good Wayland compatibility cuz it's a lot smoother then x11
Why you need FSR DLLSS or RT to play games you want fakd fps .. 7800 XT can play all games 1440P with native 60+fps

RT dont matter here. If u want to play with RT u should atleast buy a 4070 ti
Out of the last 1000 games released on STEAM, less than 2% of them have RT implementation.

I see what happens 30 fps and 7700 XT RTX 4060 Ti get 35fps each roughly on cyberpunk RT ultra

fsr is always more affordable than dlss plus fsr has lower framerate
