    Hi guys!
    What’s the Goni at timestamp 6:24? Because some of the polyps look like they have both red and blue in them? Is that just a grafted?

    • @TopShelfAquatics

    • @TopShelfAquatics
      @TopShelfAquatics  3 месяца назад

      Recommend medium flow for these, don’t want to heavy flow where they’re getting too pushed around. They enjoy a turbid environment for sure at times!

    How could you not show the bangarang or orangutan alveoporas??? You show a plain white daisy alveopora?!

    • @insanity4224
      @insanity4224 3 месяца назад +1

      Because ‘plain white’ as well as black are the rarest of colours on a coral.

    • @JohnWalk3r3
      @JohnWalk3r3 3 месяца назад

      @@insanity4224wrong. Daisy alveopora and green are the most common types of alveopora. So next time, look up bangarang or bsa game over alveoporas. If white was most rare, why are rainbow alveoporas like I mentioned going for 350-450 a frag. Daisy goes for 15-35.

    • @insanity4224
      @insanity4224 3 месяца назад +1

      @@JohnWalk3r3 I’m talking about white on a coral. It’s extremely rare. Yes it’s more common to alveopora. In 20 years in the hobby I’ve only seen white on a small number of healthy coral.
      If you read my original response I actually say ‘on a coral’ so clearly not just talking about alveopora.

    • @JohnWalk3r3
      @JohnWalk3r3 3 месяца назад

      @@insanity4224this video is about goniopora and alveopora. Not other corals. So in that regard white isn’t rare. The rainbow ones actually rare, hence the reason for my question I asked tsa.

    • @insanity4224
      @insanity4224 3 месяца назад +1

      @@JohnWalk3r3 fair call the video was about those species. White is not uncommon in alveopora, which is an unusual fact in itself. Then again, the hobby is very limited to a few species of coral.
