very informtive and thoroughly explained i have a one kanal plot in R block it has a possesion it has some due devleopment charges to pay do you know any relaxtion offered by the DHA on the development charges if i start the construction i heard they will wave off the developement charges if i start builiding a house?
Waive off for dev charges is not being offered on start of construction. It is offered on completion: 1) 30% on completion of grey structure 2) 30% on completion of finishing and taking the completion certificate 3) 40% on 2 months residence after the completion
