RUSTIC PIZZA WITH ZUCCHINI AND RICOTTA 🥒 Quick and easy All raw

Good start to the week, meteorologically speaking in my part, HOT! The temperatures are really summer… so let's prepare quick dishes that don't require great efforts, but with a very good result! Like this rustic Pizza with PASTA SFOGLIA, RICOTTA and ZUCCHINI! Delicious, delicate and tasty, suitable for a quick dinner, a buffet in the garden, an appetizer ... in short, it's always good! 😉
If you don't like puff pastry you can use the Brisè Pasta or the Pizza Pasta! A spreadable cheese instead of Ricotta!
Ingredients:
