I don't know if it will help anyone, but I did finally find the solution to my video freezing problem. The problem was that I had used the same SD card over and over, erasing and refilming until finally some of the files I imported into the computer were corrupted and those are the ones that froze my computer when I tried to import them into Premiere or tried to play them in any of my computer's video players. Once I deleted those 10 corrupted files, everything works fine again.
No one seems to have the answers for me, I am using a 7600x cpu and utilizing the IGPU for only basic tasks. It works flawlessly other than when watching live streaming services like twitch. Regardless of the browser I use, the stream with start out at very low resolution and then it will start stuttering. Quickly after that the box that is showing the streamed video will flash forest green and then my entire browser starts to freeze. I have to wait for it to unfreeze and close the window or it will quickly freeze again. Updates are completed, memory has been scanned for errors, drivers are up to date, disks have been cleaned and scanned for errors and I have even reinstalled my graphics drivers. Someone please help!
Tried it, it started to fix via advanced and got stuck at 93%, eventually my laptop crashed ( power stopped, think over heat ) then tried several attempts to find the file,no iddae where its tem is, then tried again, and now no longer accepts same sample good file, and fails. Tried everything. Can you advise please ? Original file is 5+ gb and card is eXFat

could u tell me, the most popular media player VLC can normally play Ultra HD vid (4R, 8K) in your PC for instance??
