Ingredients needed for the meal.
1.5 cups of kefir, 300 ml.
1 egg.
1 tablespoon of sugar, 16 grams.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
80 grams of cottage cheese.
4 cups flour, 500 grams.
400 grams of potatoes.
1 onion fried in oil.
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 30 grams.
Enough vegetable oil for frying.
