- "Come out, ye Black and Tans" is a popular Irish Rebel song and is still popular today, despite being quite controversial. "Black and tans" refers to the Royal Auxiliaries during the Irish War of Independence. Today, (6 December, 2023) marks the 102nd anniversary of the signing of the Anglo-Irish Treaty, ending the Irish War of Independence and creating the Irish Free State.
The clips used are from a movie called "Michael Collins" and the scene shown depicts the Irish Civil War.
