Found a flaw in this instruction very early - going to the place you suggest on my Samsung S9 there is NO SETTING listed for Network Notification. So stalled at that point. Other settings are already off to match your recommendations so there ain't no speeding up of my phone it's already as fast as it can be. Nice try but sadly no 'like' from me. It is sure to help some so I won't give it a dislike.
