I own a pulsar RS200(ABS) since 1 n half year..and recently bought honda hornet(CBS) , what basically pulsar gives is adrenaline, power, looks, performance.. & what honda gives is quality, comfort, efficiency, reliability(honda's engine are ofcourse more reliable than any other brand in india). pulsar gives more features in less price. honda gives practical bike at a moderate price. #KTMisShit

Mind you Pulsar AS150 & Honda hornet 160 both have same cost. Pulsar second generation engines are running more than 1 Lakh kms without any problems

they took ktm engine. not ktm begged bajaj.. ktm is all star... with limiter only it smokes rs200.. removing it makes dam fast.

I have honda stunner before for 4 years the engine was just broken on delhi to agra trip....Then i brought FZ16 it was more comfortable than honda i never regretted once till now yes it gave me 40 kmpl mileage but engine and gearbox is way smoother than Stunner and you can do tripling in FZ.......Honda has 4 times more expensive spares parts than Yamaha go check it....Front disk pads of FZ costs 120rs but Honda charge 410rs for stunner.....
Most people think Yamaha has more expensive spare parts.
But its the Honda that is more expensive....My mom said than yamaha is more comfortable for her than stunner no vibrations......

I have to buy hornet.Is the pillion seat is comfortable for 200-300 km ride monthly once with few minute 5-6 halts? Is any the issue to pilion becoz seat height is more?& is any modification for pillion seat?

+MotorBeam yes with rear disc , I live in hilly area and low end torque if gixxer is just amazing pulls like a beast , my model is the 2016 one, its more fun to ride and is ready to deliver all the power at the same time , expierence with dealers was satisfavtory too

hi sir I have a question, can spark plug effect the fuel efficiency of bike??
because my hornet has jerking problem at 5k rpm and my mechanic changed the spark plug and installed some high power spark plug now the jerking problem is solved but mileage is completely dropped now iam getting only 25kmpl mileage
is it due to spark plug only pls answer

I’ve had both, Honda is so perfectly designed that it’ll last forever and gives good mileage but doesn’t outperform in terms of power delivery whereas Yamaha engines always outperform but low on mileage. For me, both of them are fantastic!

fz is better than hornet
fz 25 is only 20 bhp but has acceleration figures close to 30 bhp duke 250
r3 has the best parallel twin cylinder quarter litre engine
r1 is the current class leader of all superbikes in all comparisons by MCN motorcyclist & so many other leading automotive magazines.....
I own a 200 ns myself but if I had the cash I would simply upgrade to the 3bhp lower fz25

My R15 v2 gives better mileage than Honda shine , I know in starting shine gives better mileage but after an year or 2 All bike brands fails but Yammie remains the same . Ride 2 yr old Cbr150r and 2yr old R15 you'll feel the difference.

The Honda CBR 250RR entered into Indonesian market. Though there is no official word on its India launch yet but I have heard some hoax news though, Honda India trying to bring CBR250RR to Indian market, it will price around 2.7 to 2.8 lakh

MotorBeam actually currently i have installed a over seize tyre at rear original is 140/40 R17 and i have Installed 160/60R17 so because of that i have feel some drop in milage currently its giving approx 40km/l max and its my daily drive bike i travel approx 50kms daily.
