I have had plenty of problems with these airpods max. first the charging didnt seem to work for a while so i had to reset it. now my noise canceling keeps turning on and off and i dont even press the button. also when i press down the crown it turns on the noise cancelling and the noise canceling button does nothing

AirPods Max will not automatically switch between MacBook and iPhone & iPad. Does anyone know if it's supposed to connect automatically or are you supposed to have to press "connect" on MacBook each time? On iPad/iPhone the audio will switch as soon as you press play, I wan this for the MacBook aswell.

Dude ive tried anything. It only fixes it for a couple of seconds. My Airpods switch off regularly. Sometimes they only play out of one ear, and other times it wont play anything.
Ive been to the apple store 2 times only for them to work for that day, and the issue to return a day later. Im really fed up, not shure what to do since the problem is still arround on other devices, even on other plattforms…!

As long as you hard reset it they can no longer have anything to do with the headphones…unfortunately that goes the same if you lose them and someone hard resets. I had the same issue with the open box at Best Buy

You should be fine. They should not be damaged, and it usually doesn’t matter what battery percentage they are at for them to be reset.
