- Today we discuss the flagship Nike basketball shoe, the GT Cut 3. The first basketball shoe using ZoomX Nike foam promised to be an exciting shoe, but what we thought would be the greatest thing since sliced bread - zoomx in a basketball shoe - turned out to be forgettable.

Despite what seems to be meh performance, aesthetically, these things are TOP notch. 🔥
My brother aesthetics don’t matter. The best shoes I’ve tried in the past 2 years is the ugliest shoe of the past 2 years.

I agree wih Deruw. Best shoe i use for ballin is kd14. But really sad that kd15 and16 are like a step down.
@@BeerbodGaming KD14 is great all around except for that strap. Cushion is nice and traction is insane. That was my go-to shoe for a long time

Yup GT Cut Academy is my go to hooping sneaker
removed the insoles & added full length zoom insole, No more shock/leg pain issues due to dual density foam breaking in

Got the same color way for 92 bucks can’t be too mad about them but definitely didn’t live up to the hype in my opinion. I like my Sabrina 1s way more.
I wish the Sabrina 1 fit me. Hope the 2s work for me!
Super fun for volleyball with the ZoomX if you're a hitter. Really wanted to love the academies but the 3s just didn't have enough cushion; to me they're as comfortable as the Fresh Foam BBv2/Lebron 21s but as light/responsive as the academies. No way I'd pay near MSRP for these though.
In a weird way they make me want to play quicker to get more out of the shoe, kinda like when running shoes feel better at certain paces.
Yes they are very light but didn’t make me bounce on the court like shoes with zoom air do! Kd16, book 1, any Kobe. These felt more cumbersome than anything.

Love these! As an old hooper, these are responsive and sticky. I have been hooping in these and loving them. If they good enough for Jrue Holiday they good enough my old ass!!! ha!
Absolutely! Jrue gets to get new ones more often that we do!
These shoes are extremely light and bouncy, it's for guards though... Guards are gonna get the benefits of this shoe, it's super responsive and if you're speedy you will absolutely love this shoe... No offense, the review for this shoe, is lacking some details.

They don’t pick up a lot of dust. And can be resolved by a quick wipe with a wet towel
how about those had narrow foot? should go true to size?
Try them on would be my best advice! Every foot is different. I can speak for wide footers :)

@@lyinbobbycottonseed enjoyment of a shoe is an opinion brother and there’s a great reason the cut3 is one of the most worn sneakers in the league this year . You don’t like the shoe and that OKAY but don’t put that on everybody else. I love em
