I am a side sleeper - I trained myself to sleep on my back, but I had nightmares and weird dreams - I use a side sleeper pillow from another company and I like it, but this one looks bigger, softer and more comfortable. I saw another demo of the Sleep and Glow but yours is better (as are all your demos). I think I will go for this (with your code) soon. I'm in another country but I still like the 30 day return policy. One final point - a while back I read that the need to sleep on our side is hard-wired into us humans - it is something to do with the vagus nerve and sleeping on the side helps to calm the nervous system. Hence when we wake up and feel a little anxious, it feels more comforting to sleep on our side. Back sleeping however really does help with wrinkles and puffiness :-)

I am so excited! I have been searching for a pillow for several years and I have a graveyard of pillows(including the wedge) in my closet. I am not a good sleeper and a side sleeper at that. I started to notice wrinkles starting under my right eye and my face and even my chest was showing lines. I found a solution for the chest (the breast pillow that they also have on this website) but had given up on a pillow. Hi Kimberly. I am so excited to hear from my derby friend! I know what you mean about noticing those wrinkles. It is really frustrating but as we get to be more mature we really do need to watch our sleeping position. This pillow is especially great if you were side sleeper and most nights maybe around 4 o’clock I wake up and can’t get comfortable on my back so I do sleep on my side with his pillow but it really works very well to keep your face as wrinkle free as possible.

Thanks for the video. I have had 2 pillows for back sleeping-the first one was a wedge. It wasn’t bad. My 2nd one was molded but a bit hard & uncomfortable. Third time’s a charm. I ordered this one and am looking forward to trying it. Def pricey but when you are using an item for 8 hours daily and if it works well, it’s worth it.

I put the timer on and and off to lala land I go. Lights Down Listening is a favorite channel. This pillow looks great, thanks for sharing.

Hi Pearl, I know that was an investment and thank you so much for sharing that you purchased it and that you’d like it! I truly just love it and I slept on it every night since I got it. Oh one thing, make sure even if it’s in its own pillow case to put it in a standard pillowcase to. I noticed that when I didn’t do that I was sweating on the pillow and it probably went through to the foam pillow itself which isn’t good. I just want it to last long for you.
Luckily I trained myself to back sleep in college, when the only time I had to paint my nails was right before bed! When I slept on my side, I'd wake up with sheet prints in my polish. 😳 So onto my back with my hands folded across my chest it was. Little did I know the great effect it would have on my future face and cleavage, or the teasing I'd get from my kids about being a vampire. 😆 Glad you found something that works, this sounds like a wonderful idea for those who wind up on their side regardless! Hi Janet. I really think he will love it! Quite honestly when I learned they were going to send it to me I thought well I already sleep on the wedge pillow and that I probably wouldn’t like it better than the wedge but I really do! In fact, from the first night I got it I have slept on it and nothing else and the wedge has now gone down into the basement! In a future video please let me know how you like it!

Beth, I got the pillow you mentioned.. I NEVER checked the materials inside... After I got the pillow first thing I noticed was POLYURETHANE on label.. I did email company because this chemical does exhume gasses. Harmul for people.. Company did respond with a very vague answer.. I just want ur opinion on it.
I also sleep on my tummy, sooooo comfy, I think that's how my mum placed me as a bub (times have changed they don't do that now). I've got a silk pillow case, that still helped a lot.

Hi indigo. Thanks for asking. I have to tell you that pillow after owning it a year is exactly the same shape as it was the day I pulled it out of the box. It is wonderfully comfortable and plushy but it keeps its shape just perfectly. I love that pillow and still recommend it super highly! I really think it helps my face look much better over time. Beth, is the pillow case silk? I know silk is great for your skin and hair, and I have a few, but I find they are so hot to sleep with, I tend to wake up more.
Hi Jean. I don’t think the one that comes with it his self but she can order that if you want. I did notice one thing though and that is that when I just use their pillowcase alone the sweat from my hair kind of started to yellow that. As a solution, I now take their pillow and pillowcase and put it in a standard pillowcase that I normally have on my bed. This protects the pillow from my sweat and is very comfortable.

Hi Diana. I truly do love the pillows that I have from that company. In fact I have two of them and I alternate. I really do love those pillows. They are super soft and comfortable and I really do think keeps my face from looking as wrinkled. The pillows don’t come with the silk pillowcase and I think the rather expensive on their website. I just ordered a normal pillowcase from Amazon in silk. It was a lot less expensive and it protects the pillow and seems to be a good quality.

I emailed the company asking about availability in Canada and the responded really quickly and said they are opening a warehouse in Canada at the end of this year so that's good news...they also said they would let me know when it's officially available.So Canadians that gives us some time to start saving up to buy ourselves a nice Christmas present 🎁😊👍.

Hi Beth. I love the pillow because I have tried to sleep on my back and it is not easy. Maybe you have issues sleeping better because you keep the light of your cell phone and tv on....those light interfere with your sleep deprivation.....but anyway that pillow looks great. I keep no lights around me at nights, I don't watch tv in my room any longer and my cell phone is far and all lights are cover...stay well.............MINDY Beth I have a queen size bed..Did you get the 69.00 ??
Hi Mindy. Actually I have a king size bed and so I got the more expensive one. You were probably right about all the lights that are in my room. I also know that washing TV before bed is really kind of a no-no but I can’t seem to resist it! Most nights I try to remember to take Z quill which really helps me sleep

Mary Callan I just told Beth I have the breast pillow that I also saw on this website. It has completely gotten rid of my chest wrinkles that I have had for several years. It is expensive but I won’t sleep without it and already own 2 and will probably order another one. You will be amazed!
Most of us gals worry about this.......try rolling a washcloth and putting it between your breasts...works for me...wearing some kind of sleep bra to stop/help with sagging.

Hi Jen. Darn! I have those removed and I did not do a video. I can give you one piece of advice though I had them removed by someone who kind of burn them off and it left tiny scar so I would not let someone do that. I think it was called electric cauterization or something like that. If you can find someone who has a BBL machine my sister had hers removed and it wasn’t very expensive and it made no scars at all. Her skin looks absolutely perfect now.
Hi there. Actually I have a bedside table that has about an 8 inch space between the bottom of it and the floor. I fold up a towel and put that pillow on top of it and slide it under. It shows a little bit but it does not bother me.

I've bought and loved many of your recommended products but this one is a little pricey. There are less expensive pillows made for people who wear CPAPs that also have a cut out area on the side. It's there to accommodate the CPAP mask but it should also work to keep a pillow from smooshing your face. There are several on Amazon.
Honestly wish i could get it, but I'm Canadian and with the exchange plus duty it would be over $250. Even if I was in the US i cant afford it. Thanks though
Nurse Jamie's Beauty bear pillow is 69.00. I am sure more companies will be making this type of pillow soon. I can't sleep on my back; uncomfortable and snoring. Right now I use my arm. My face does not not get squished, but this may be uncomfortable for some people.

I have ordered another of the pillows, which is designed strictly for back sleeping. I can’t remember the name of it but it has two raised edges on either side so you just can’t turn over. I have and like this pillow against my wrinkles and puffiness but…I think i am allergic to the material because my nose is totally closed when I use it….
I’d like to know how they explain people who sleep on their side or even their face and also don’t use any kind of wrinkle cream and yet they still don’t have bad wrinkles on their face....???
I know sleeping on your back is better for wrinkles, but research shows that sleeping on your side is good for the brain because it helps get rid of interstitial waste in the brain. Maybe a reason why a lot of our bodies want to roll over to that position. Something to think about!

Good review - but please, please, please stop using the term "anti-aging", which implies there is something wrong with aging. There isn't, and the alternative is death. Ageism is the one "ism" that is still rampant, and doesn't seem to have anybody's attention. Telling people that they need to look 10 years younger (why - and what does a particular age look like?)is to assume that it's everyone's goal is simply wrong. Looking your best at whatever age should be the goal. Unless we older women speak up this will continue. Behind every older, possibly wrinkled, face is a lifetime of experience which should at least garner us some respect. I do not want people to say "You don't look 73", which again implies that looking 73 (which in and of itself is ridiculous) is somehow bad. I just want to be seen for what I am, and older women, aging gracefully, who still wears a full face of makeup, takes care of the inside and outside of my body. I do not want anything recommended to me as "anti-aging", especially the giant cosmetic companies who tout the use of their latest "miracle" products and use a 25 yr old model. Just as many different skin colors don't see their selves reflected in culture, neither do we older people. I really feel that you and others in the more mature age group have a platform here to stop this. Ageism is cruel and hurtful.

Ageee the cost is ridiculous. I did buy it! Had my first night last night. I think my side sleeping was un-doing all the NuFACE and skin care I am doing during the day. I also have a mild festoone on the left side of my face which I’d like to cores for at least stop the damage. Again it is a ridiculous price. Fingers crossed it works

I am so excited! I have been searching for a pillow for several years and I have a graveyard of pillows(including the wedge) in my closet. I am not a good sleeper and a side sleeper at that. I started to notice wrinkles starting under my right eye and my face and even my chest was showing lines. It is really frustrating but as we get to be more mature we really do need to watch our sleeping position. This pillow is especially great if you were side sleeper and most nights maybe around 4 o’clock I wake up and can’t get comfortable on my back so I do sleep on my side with his pillow but it really works very well to keep your face as wrinkle free as possible.

Thanks for the video. I have had 2 pillows for back sleeping-the first one was a wedge. It wasn’t bad. My 2nd one was molded but a bit hard & uncomfortable. Third time’s a charm. Oh one thing, make sure even if it’s in its own pillow case to put it in a standard pillowcase to. I noticed that when I didn’t do that I was sweating on the pillow and it probably went through to the foam pillow itself which isn’t good. I just want it to last long for you.

Luckily I trained myself to back sleep in college, when the only time I had to paint my nails was right before bed! When I slept on my side, I'd wake up with sheet prints in my polish. 😳 So onto my back with my hands folded across my chest it was. Little did I know the great effect it would have on my future face and cleavage, or the teasing I'd get from my kids about being a vampire. 😆 Glad you found something that works, this sounds like a wonderful idea for those who wind up on their side regardless! Quite honestly when I learned they were going to send it to me I thought well I already sleep on the wedge pillow and that I probably wouldn’t like it better than the wedge but I really do! Beth, I got the pillow you mentioned.. I NEVER checked the materials inside... After I got the pillow first thing I noticed was POLYURETHANE on label.. I did email company because this chemical does exhume gasses. Harmul for people.. Company did respond with a very vague answer.. I just want ur opinion on it.

Beth, is the pillow case silk? I know silk is great for your skin and hair, and I have a few, but I find they are so hot to sleep with, I tend to wake up more.
Hi Jean. I don’t think the one that comes with it his self but she can order that if you want. I did notice one thing though and that is that when I just use their pillowcase alone the sweat from my hair kind of started to yellow that. As a solution, I now take their pillow and pillowcase and put it in a standard pillowcase that I normally have on my bed. This protects the pillow from my sweat and is very comfortable.

I don’t think it has cooling gel in it but it never gets me hot at all. It feels very cool I think.

Hi Diana. I truly do love the pillows that I have from that company. In fact I have two of them and I alternate. I really do love those pillows. They are super soft and comfortable and I really do think keeps my face from looking as wrinkled. The pillows don’t come with the silk pillowcase and I think the rather expensive on their website. I just ordered a normal pillowcase from Amazon in silk. It was a lot less expensive and it protects the pillow and seems to be a good quality.

Hi Beth. I love the pillow because I have tried to sleep on my back and it is not easy. Maybe you have issues sleeping better because you keep the light of your cell phone and tv on....those light interfere with your sleep deprivation.....but anyway that pillow looks great. I keep no lights around me at nights, I don't watch tv in my room any longer and my cell phone is far and all lights are cover...stay well.............MINDY

Hi Mindy. Actually I have a king size bed and so I got the more expensive one. You were probably right about all the lights that are in my room. I also know that washing TV before bed is really kind of a no-no but I can’t seem to resist it! Most nights I try to remember to take Z quill which really helps me sleep

Mary Callan I just told Beth I have the breast pillow that I also saw on this website. It has completely gotten rid of my chest wrinkles that I have had for several years. It is expensive but I won’t sleep without it and already own 2 and will probably order another one. You will be amazed!
Most of us gals worry about this.......try rolling a washcloth and putting it between your breasts...works for me...wearing some kind of sleep bra to stop/help with sagging.

Hi Jen. Darn! I have those removed and I did not do a video. I can give you one piece of advice though I had them removed by someone who kind of burn them off and it left tiny scar so I would not let someone do that. I think it was called electric cauterization or something like that. If you can find someone who has a BBL machine my sister had hers removed and it wasn’t very expensive and it made no scars at all. Her skin looks absolutely perfect now.
Where do you store the pillow when you make the bed?
Hi there. Actually I have a bedside table that has about an 8 inch space between the bottom of it and the floor. I fold up a towel and put that pillow on top of it and slide it under. It shows a little bit but it does not bother me.

I've bought and loved many of your recommended products but this one is a little pricey. There are less expensive pillows made for people who wear CPAPs that also have a cut out area on the side. It's there to accommodate the CPAP mask but it should also work to keep a pillow from smooshing your face. There are several on Amazon.

That’s funny you mention that because even with the Great Omni a pillow I have found myself digging my face in in a way which is not helpful for me. I have ordered another of the pillows, which is designed strictly for back sleeping. I can’t remember the name of it but it has two raised edges on either side so you just can’t turn over. I know sleeping on your back is better for wrinkles, but research shows that sleeping on your side is good for the brain because it helps get rid of interstitial waste in the brain. Maybe a reason why a lot of our bodies want to roll over to that position. Something to think about!

Good review - but please, please, please stop using the term "anti-aging", which implies there is something wrong with aging. There isn't, and the alternative is death. Ageism is the one "ism" that is still rampant, and doesn't seem to have anybody's attention. Telling people that they need to look 10 years younger (why - and what does a particular age look like?)is to assume that it's everyone's goal is simply wrong. Looking your best at whatever age should be the goal. Unless we older women speak up this will continue. Behind every older, possibly wrinkled, face is a lifetime of experience which should at least garner us some respect. I do not want people to say "You don't look 73", which again implies that looking 73 (which in and of itself is ridiculous) is somehow bad.
I just want to be seen for what I am, and older women, aging gracefully, who still wears a full face of makeup, takes care of the inside and outside of my body. I do not want anything recommended to me as "anti-aging", especially the giant cosmetic companies who tout the use of their latest "miracle" products and use a 25 yr old model. Just as many different skin colors don't see their selves reflected in culture, neither do we older people. I really feel that you and others in the more mature age group have a platform here to stop this. Ageism is cruel and hurtful.

Ageee the cost is ridiculous. I did buy it! Had my first night last night. I think my side sleeping was un-doing all the NuFACE and skin care I am doing during the day. I also have a mild festoone on the left side of my face which I’d like to cores for at least stop the damage. Again it is a ridiculous price. Fingers crossed it works
Hi Carol. To me that pillow is worth it even though it is pricey. It last for years and I truly think it keeps the saggy and wrinkles largely at bay. I think it is an investment that's worth it. Thanks for your thoughts!
