So your having problem with the Microsoft store on Windows 11 or Windows 10? here is a fix that will get Microsoft store working again.
Type the following command to uninstall the Microsoft Store app and press Enter:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage
Type the following command to install the Microsoft Store app and press Enter:
Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

I had issues this week actually with MS Store on that Mini Dell I bought a few weeks back, Mine wasn't a big issue, it was just the home page gave a error yet you could go to any other page no problem.
The store is 1 thing that should work perfectly as people buy things from it yet somehow Microsoft can't get it right haha.
Microsoft stores always been an issue and always breaks. Pretty easy to fix, but sometimes some people have some major issues with it and have to do an install with reset this PC to fix it. Thanks for watching cold beer time
When I try wsreset, it says package failed updates, dependency or conflict validation error message.

i never used windows store and this video made me try - It works , suprising , not that ill install apps since i install and prefer programs
There are loads of great apps in the Microsoft store but I use on a regular basis plus games. Check them out, you won't regret it

Follow the steps
Step 1: open command and type. chkdsk /f (letter of drive) c: then press enter
Or
Chkdsk /f /r and press enter (this one will scan and fix ur drive) you need to restart PC after pressing enter NOTE : FIXING AND SCANNING TAKES A LOT OF TIME

Every time I try to open wsreset it says I will need a new app to open this me-windows-store link any help?
Nothing of this worked. After a while it complained about the internet connection, despite the internet working and pressing reloud site it opened but only showing grey blocks where the app images should be.
Update. It started working a day after I did not change anything. It just started working I guess it was a Microsoft Server error because I did not change anything on my part to fix it.

None of these worked for me, but repairing Windows 11 did work for me that I found in another video. Go to settings, system, recovery, fix problems using Windows Update, and then click reinstall now. It will download, repair, and reinstall windows 11 without deleting any apps, files, and settings.

Make sure you follow all the steps and make sure you copy the code correctly, otherwise it won't work
Try launching the Powershell as an administrator and then paste the commands.

@D O N . C P Apparently the Xbox app is tightly integrated into windows like its edge browser. Deleting it or altering it can have a negative impact on user experience. I recommend just leaving these apps alone.

Windows 11 is pretty stable. I have been on it since the beginning and not had many issues unlike Windows 10 at the beginning which was plagued with bugs and problems is going to have to be your choice I'm afraid. Maybe stick with Windows 10 for a little longer. You don't have much to lose anyway

Hey I'm having the same problem but it's not just the Microsoft store it's all the apps from Microsoft (notepad,photos store, security, etc). I've even reset my pc but no luck. Any ideas?

@@nateburns2586 Thats unfortunate. Funny enough i let a pending install going for like 6 hours and it very slowly downloaded it, but its a tiny app so obviously 2 minutes turning into 6 hours isnt any good.
I've found that it could be related to a corrupted windows, im sending my new pc back for them to check and I'll let you know if a windows reinstall fixes it for me if it helps you
same problem did factory reset too i think it's something to do with the thing that powers microsoft apps itself cause i tried to redownload one app and get it another way from appx package and that way the app opened for 1 more second longer but yeah rip

Is your computer compatible and have you enabled this in the BIOS what error code are you getting or does it turn on and when you restart if disables again?

hello, i need help. i have a new pc, nothing except steam and some games (all games are from steam) on it currently. geforce experience, evga precision x1, and iCUE. thats it. i keep getting a "threats found" message and its details list a CLSID: 6CED0DAA-4CDE-49C9-BA3A-AE163DC3D7AF
i dont understand what this is or why its recently showing up consistently. my scans show no threats found. please help me. i dont use my pc for anything but gaming and youtube.
Scan your PC with eSet online scanner and then run malwarebytes hitman Pro and see if it detects that virus of this helps. If you need more help, you can join my discord server and ask for help over there for free

I regret buying my mom a Windows laptop. I did it because there was an app she needed and it wasn't available on the M1 MacBook. What a support nightmare! Now that said app runs on Apple silicon, I will buy her a MacBook!

@@Britec09 No blame, just too high expectations on my part. I don't use it, maybe MSFS came from their, but I just don't understand as it hurts their business/income and customers who do use it. To me you demonstrated it's something software and assuming MS knows about it and having teams of software engineers.... I don't understand why thus C'mon MS. I like MS and have used thier products since their founding... and others before that.

@@Britec09 i have to admit, your comment gave me a little chuckle..hehe, and you are right... so I will share with you and your readers a most memorable experience with MS and their never finished OS windows 10. It is late 2018, I'm sitting at my desk having my first cup of coffee...beep beep..my phone rings, it's my mother. She is freaking out because all of her games are gone...her wallpaper is gone, she had a nice picture of her my father and her 4 boys as her wallpaper, it's gone, her start menu is different. She loved those mahjong (sp) games... the jewel games.... her favorite was a game called taptiles...it was gone. At first I thought my father did something to it and all I would have to do was go over there and do a 'restore point'. And I asked her, did you click on the windows 10 upgrade button and she said no. I had told her awhile back, don't do the the windows 10 upgrade, it will be full of bugs and glitches and you might lose some data. So, I went over there went into her system settings and sure enough...WIndows 10 (whatever version) at some point during the night before was installed on her 8.1 HP laptop. Hell hath no fury like a 76 year old woman whose games are gone. Games she paid money for. She was pissed! I spent about an hour looking for a taptiles version that was compatible with this version of windows.. to no avail. Then I spent an hour or 2 trying to contact MS it was their OS and I needed tech support... to no avail... MS tech support just doesn't exist. So, I typed something into google about what had happened and sure enough many other people had the same experience. One link took me to the official MS site and even those tech people were referring people to links outside of the official MS site. THEY are a shitty company OK?? They have a horrible business practice. They force crapware on your 'device' that you did not ask for or want. I try to delay every update they want to shove up my ass. But, there is a limit to how many times you can delay, then it's YOU MUST restart your computer to install what we think would be good for your computer . consumer choice is nil. i hope you enjoyed reading my blurb. I was bored so whatever. I will look for your next video of..... 'something went wrong with windows' lol... just because I love MS so much...

@@Britec09 working on a brand new Win11 machine, right out of the box the store doesn't work, these fixes didn't work. Resetting the computer to factory didn't work either.
