Idk why this kind of music gets my mind going all kinds of places. I'm just imagining two young peasant girls falling in love at their little village's yearly festival or whatever. Dancing together under pennants and the setting sun :(
How did thou manage to make thyself aware of my nightly ritual? T'was held under lock and key between myself, my family, and the palace staff. Be ye secretively collecting information on the habits of thy princess?
@@grace5033 Nay, my princess. For lo, t'was the nightly ritual of myself when under the cold light of a full moon. May it only be fate that despite our distance across seas and kingly borders we still gaze upon the same lonely stars and rise with the same golden son. For our empire is vast, and the sun never sets upon neither the neighboring peasant nor a distant lord on our majestic lands.

Excellent job! I think what really makes a good bardcore cover when the tone of the song changes so much that it doesn’t sound like a cover anymore. But instead like some legit fantasy movie soundtrack, which you have achieved! Also LOVE that the instruments always give it a kind of melancholic note.
I absolutely love this version! I recall loving the version from the GLEE cast because Blaine (Darren Criss) had so much emotion in his rendition on the show, but this medieval style version has so much feeling in it even without words. The notes and instruments work so well together and make this a wonderful song.
