Thank you for the love and support ❤️cheers🍻
Why to add weat and so much sugar
@@InstituteTrainingServices because it looses sweetness while fermentation
Hey did you ferment it for two months? Two months after second fermentation? Or two months in the jar first fermentation?
@@TheDaaruTV How to store the wine after 21 days of fermentation ?
How long can we store it ?
And do we have to stir every alternate day as long as it is stored ?
I have been making wine since last 6 years. For spices, you'll always get cinnamon stronger than any other spice. Fennel seeds also work well with some fruits.
@@josef5600 you can add yeast which is available in most of the super markets.
Hey John.. I'm planning to make wine at home. Do you think this method is appropriate and ill get a good wine using this recipe?
Why We are adding species..

Hii
Just when I wanted to make wine I stumbled upon this video and you answered all my questions - about what container to use and how many days and how well I can preserve the wine ❤ thank you ! Will come back after I taste the wine I made in few weeks 🙌🏻
No airlock for second fermentation? Won't the bottle explode?
I made red wine in 8 days without sugar and much less yeast. Just graps only and no spices. Much much better than Sula or any other Indian wine. Taste like south African wine. My wine is dark in color because I don't add water in my black grapes juice.
Bro isse nasha aata he kya
@@abhiraikwar44 yes, ofcourse. Don't expect too much, this is good for health and with decent high.

Tasted my wine today, it has slight tonic-like taste, sour and little bitterness, felt hot in throat and little kick also..Overall, I think it was successful.
It has good kick?? I'm thinking about making it.
Ye it nice just do not distill it
There is a residue in a bottom of bottle to the 2nd fermentation, should i transfer in another bottle or keep it like that?? Hope u answer my question.
Don't transfer

You have Best way to prepare red wine thanks for share this
Can we do it with green grapes as black grapes are not available here in my city
Followed this recipe, and started my batch yesterday(9 Jan 2021). Will update this when done and let you know how it goes. The only difference is that i didnt add beetroot as i already had a deep red
Lol
I just started watching today January 12th 2021 going to do mine tonight
Update on 4 Feb 2021: It tastes good! Its a good base recipe, and it was my first try. I will leave it for longer and see how the taste improves. Mine tastes more fruity than alcoholic at the moment, but it is still nice. Will update in a few months, i hear that 6 months is when the taste will have fully matured.
@@JustHereToHear alcoholic content is there you feel anything?
@@erssiva490 I mean i dont drink a lot, so i will not feel high. But im 100% sure there is alcohol otherwise the whole thing would be spoiled. Without alcohol it would grow fungus and other nasty things.

Great video! Thanks!
Why is he adding rice and wheat to the crushed grapes, does anyone know?
Ok....Thank You sir your red wine how much percentage alcohol sir
Why has the colour of wine changed to light brown during first fermentation?
Hey can we do one with pomegranate and one wth easily available green grapes..
Hi, need your advice, during my secondary fermentation airlock bubble stopped by third day...is it okay... thanks
Yup that means the fermentation process is done .
Bro. green grapes wine made same ?
Did that plastic container previously have whey protein?
Yeah its whey protein container 5 kgs😄😄
Had the same question 🤣
Hi I wanna try making wine in Mumbai for first time hope it works out. Is there any equipment necessary or you recommend to buy are make use of that the internet boasts of? Will be a great help.
an airlock and a hydrometer are probably the most important things you can get
Which Brand yeast for alcohol percentage high ????
Kya ham suger k Jag pe gud dal sakte hai ?
very gud vai how many bottel of wine is made of 2 kgs vai
I have added a little warm water....will it be spoil?
Dear bro when u said about pork I just imagine what will b d taste of wine thanks dear
Tried this and it worked 🕶 Thanks a ton 😍😍
Hi incase I plan to ferment it for 2 months then how long should we bottle it for second fermentation. Will it 54 days + 6 days or different?
Sourabh Bajaj 30 days primary fermentation.. secondary you can do it for as long as 6months
Agar wine banate samay test jyada pad jaye to kya wine kharab ho jati hain please reply
Boss, i have some doubts,
Some wine makers are showing a fermentation tube with a air tite jar cap, and you showing a tite cloth, is there not any air passes through the clotch
Is there any chance that the alcohol converts to any toxic or methyl alcohol after fermentation, is it possible
These are my doubts, can you simplify my doubts
My doubt is same about methyl alcohol,
Someone please clear it
From my understanding by just fermenting fruits u don't make enough methanol for it to be toxic altho if u fuck up the air lock and if some bacteria like acetobacter gets into ur wine it's gonna turn the alchohol into acetic acid aka vinegar
after extracting the juice from the grapes, what do you do with the skin?
How long can we keep it? And what about the residue at the bottom?
You can decant it
sir can we add jaggerry,,instead of sugar.
Hey can you reduce the sugar content to 500g or lesser then that…. 2nd how red wine is good you have 1.5kg sugar in 2kg grapes 🍇… so means you must be taking lots of sugar if you drink red wine.
i must add rice and wheat ?
if secondary fermentetion is longer will it make the wine taste better? love your videos bhai
Yes it would 🍻
@@TheDaaruTV thank you bhai🙏
Sir what if I add yeast one day later
I thought you said "weed" instead of "wheat", I was like "damn this is gonna be rad wine" lol!
😂😂😂
then you are def weed addicted

@@TheDaaruTV ?
Weed wine instead
Can i store this for 3 months?
Sir does whole wine contains 15% alcohol
Or 1 bottle contains (750ml) 15% alcohol
mathematically... if you take a sample out of a lot, the concentration in it will be the same.. which means whole wine , 1 bottle all contains the same% of alcohol.. quantity of alcohol differs but% will be same
Can use normal bread yeast or just wine yeast?
hello, good recipe . . should i just cover it with a cloth or air tight my glass container with its lid ? just covering with cloth will allow air /oxygen to enter jar . in other indian wine videos they are making jar air tight with lid.
Can i use jaggery or mishri instead of sugar??
Do I have to do first fermentation for 14 days or it can go longer will it make any difference same with the secondary and once I bottled how long we can keep it or we have to drink all after 6 days of second fermentation fan you please tell .
The longer the wine is fermented, the better it gets. I have tried that out in my papaya videos which is an example.
Can we use jaggery instead of sugar
Sir what if methanol present in Solution,
Distillation don't require???
We should not add water for wine directly consum? How much of wine should we consume wine per day or how
If we are adding wine yeast in how much quantity we should take sir?
CAN WE MAKE RED WINE WITHOUT SPICES ,
IS IT GOOD WITH SPICES OR WITHOUT SPICES
Hi bro , i wanted to keep this wine upto 10 years ,is it ok to drink after that ...
Hi, i completed keeping for 21 days. Then filtered and kept in bottles. How to be sure no poisonous chemical is formed. Pls answer if there is any way to test the quality. Next time i want to do 4-5 liter. Thanks
Hi. I would like to know why wheat and rice are being used for wine making process? Is their any reason? Pls let me know
What kind of grapes is best for the wine...
Can I use green grapes or red grapes instead of black grapes?
Yes, but it wont be red in color
Am doing for first time, how to be sure it it drinkable after 21 days. I mean no poisonous thing in that as we read in news paper sometimes. Pls answer if there is any way to test the quality. Next time i want to do 4-5 liter. Thanks millions
Hello unfortunately I don't have cardamon and cloves near my area so is there an ingredient I can replace this 2 ??
@ThedaaruTV a quick question!!! Can we use any rice or some particular rice is reccomended.... Imean like sticky rice or normal rice
Normal
Hello! Very good recipe this is!
But I need some advice!
Some methods suggest that for fermentation jar shouldn't be air tight! And some methods suggest jar can be air tight! So if we making wine with airtight jar then what are the possibilities for explosion of jar?
Can we add food colour in the wine before the second fermentation or the first fermentation to make the wine's colour dark
Dont add any food colour
@@TheDaaruTV so we can add more beetroot juice
during first process of fermentation, Can we air tight with the lid or whether we have to cover with muslin cloth only?
I was thinking the same
Yes you can cover with muslin cloth becz during primary fermentation there is formation of co2 gas and alcohol by the activity of yeast by the available air inside the jar if you close the lid tightly it is difficult to growing yeast hence use muslin cloth while primary fermentation....then in secondary fermentation you need not to muslin cloth just tight with lid close and leave it for aging.... hope you got this
How many days we can keep it bottled and does the air on top of bottle damage it after few days? Should we store always in dark
45days
No airlock used? This is a risky method as wine can get oxidised easily and convert into acetic acid...
I've got white layer like fust... What does it mean should I throw 😭
@@anniemaryrose7041 if you get that white thick layer then let it ferment for months and you've got red wine vinegar
😂@@hrishikeshramanathan687
Vinegar is made with similar process...rather same. Can you tell me how to ensure it doesn't change to Vinegar or vice versa?....thks.
Oh ok....thks for reverting.
But I guess ,vinegar forms because of yeast developing due to the sugar present in peels/fruits during vinegar process. So may be it's something else, and not what you mention.
Vinegar is made after adding bacteria (forgot the name).. it then changes this wine to vinegar
Thanks a lot for the recipe, I'll definitely gonna try this... I loved this color and I'd also love to know how do I get the dark red color! Thank you once again🙂
Food coloring will be easier
Use black grapes skin as black grapes r easily available
Brown sugar or jaggery instead of white sugar gives dark red color.
Will be Making the wine as your video right now. I have the ingredients ready apart from wheat.
Is it necessary? Did you get the wheat and rices flavour in your wine sir ?
wheat has natural yeast. so, no need to add yeast if you use wheat.
Can you make one more video on wine jo ki aise hi easily tetrapack wale grape juice se ban sakta hain? Actually ye video achanak se recommend hua aur ab in mahino me grapes milne band hue hai, plus wo gravity check karne ki machine aur air bubble ya jo b taam jhaam ghar pe nahi hota so we cant follow the other recipes...
Itd be a great help bro...
Can I use jaggery or sugarcane juice instead of sugar.
Honey is better.
Is is good for health?
I have followed your recipe I m completing 15 days on 29 so should I strain it on Tue that is on 30or on d same day Thanks
Hi bro , how you measure a alcohol percentage, it is safe to drink ?
Definitely gonna try your recipes. Wish me luck.
After using yeast why not dislitation process doing before drinking wine is it not essential for wine?
What if methanol is produce instead of ethanol?? How to avoid it ?
Cane we use plastic spoon to mix it...?
How many days can it be stored in a bottle?
What was the temperature when you fermented the wine
Can I use this process for any fruit (pineapple)?
Instead of crushing using wooden stick, can we blend it using mixer
Yes
Thanks, i had the same question.
Hello daaruji .will gove it a try and keep u posted but a small suggestion as a connoisseur when u taste wine can u not serve yourself a partial peg .🤪
Hello, Instead of Sugar can we use organic Jaggery powder?
total it take 15+15+6 days =36 days?
Shall we use grapes to crush with mixi?
how long can we preserve the remain wine, pl reply back
Hi, what if we dont mix sugar? Is the normal yeast OK for Wine? Which all fruits we can make wine?
why did you add the grains?
Hi bro I hope you are fine and is it necessary to add beetroot juice and is it necessary to cover with a cloth lid
Yeah its necessary
Is it necessary to store it in glass bottle or we can store it in any bottle
you should also give the quantity liters of wine made the cost of grape and shelf life.
How is fermentation possible without yeast?
How much days can i keep in bottle after 21 days of fermentation?
As we know well , we r not adding water in must for a quality wine 🍷 Then why you were added water in it ? Will u plz explain 🤞🏻

I might be asking something stupid but I'm new to these stuff.
Nope

Awesome dude, could you please tell any alternative source for sugar with the quantity
You can use honey, but it can alter the taste a bit. Sugar is the best combination for grapes ...
I by mistakenly poured in my hand got mild rashes is it safe
So i have used below ingredients to make my wine watching this video 24 hours ago:
1.5 kg grapes
1 kg Sugar
Some spices
200 gram wheat
10 gram yeast mixed with water.
I am going to stir it every 2 days and do it for 15 days and comment how it tastes before second level fermentation.
Will comment back in 15 and 21 days😀
