You need to be congratulated, this is the most dense, linial information you have produced. You conveyed in a way the majority of tech-curious people could understand an entire eco-system in under 30 minutes. Thanks so much.
Dude perplexity is so good. I remember querying google conversationally when I was a kid, didn't know about structuring the query with keywords for good results. Now that I can talk to perplexity that way, it feels like a genuine evolution of Google.
If you're using Stable Diffusion for one purpose, you can modify the config file at the root of SD to directly fix the values of parameters like CFG, denoising, default resolution, number of steps, batch count, etc. so that you don't have to manually adjust them every time.
22:34 Matt and Krea, you need to adjust the setting if you want it to remain true to the original. By default, it is set to give you a version of the original, plus it also describes the image first, like Stable Diffusion, before it upscales it.
In my case mainly LMMs (Claude 3.5, chatGPT4o, Gemin Advance, Perplexity), images (Midjourney, Ideogram), music (Udio), video (Kling AI), Coding (Cursor) - I hope in 2025 my investment in genAI will pay off - if not at least I have a lot of fun using it:)
Matt, this is an awesome video! Thank you for sharing how you use these tools and I'll definitely be using some of these. Especially the last one! As a new RUclipsr, I appreciate your time. I'm so looking forward to the projects you spoke about in the beginning of the video. What I'd love is if there's some way to get a package deal on some of these apps because they do add up. Thanks again 👍
Thank you… I'm so grateful you share the resources you personally use. I’m really curious if using ai so extensively cuts down on the number of people you need on your team, and which roles you still use people for.
This has to be one of the most ussfull videos on your channel, so many cool AI tools, it's difficult to know which ones are actually useful on a daily basis, and that actually offer good results, a lot of times something sounds cool and interesting but in the end it just feels like it won't improve much so i don't even bother trying it but this video helped a bunch, I hope you keep updating this with new videos in the future. I now use perplexity as my search engine as it's way faster and direct, as of when i heard of it, it sounded like the most useless thing, on the other hand, feedly let me down, its RSS feeds/custom links are not included on the base tier, while i have it set up for free on discord, it's a hit or miss but i did love the video and wish for more.
00:04 I use a handful of AI tools daily, including Claude and custom projects. 02:01 AI tools streamline video creation process 05:45 Using perplexity as a search engine for up-to-date data 07:42 Using AI tools like Perplexity and Feedle has been extremely helpful in answering random questions and organizing content. 11:34 Using My Mind to save and organize online content efficiently 13:25 Proposed California Bill seeks to ban AI image generation systems without extensive watermarking. 17:09 Using AI presets for thumbnail split tests on RUclips 18:41 Using Stable Diffusion for Image Analysis 21:56 AI tools can enhance and change images. 23:27 AI tools like Gen 3 and Otter have enhanced video editing and conference experience. 26:55 AI tools can assist in generating video concepts and thumbnails 28:31 Using AI to optimize content and marketing strategies
I appreciate the info, but I think to help most users it would be helpful to add whether or not these programs are paid versions and if so if the free versions have the same value. I know you do mention for some, but others not. I think adding if its paid, maybe the cost and then the difference in paid vs free features as part of the quick summary will go a long way. Most are not going to be using paid versions unless it's crucial to what we do and some also won't commit money unless they see the value. PS thank you for introducing me to Suno, it slaps.
Claude Tip... Since I haven't yet figured out how to properly use "Projects," I don't just keep a Claude Tab open... I keep _Many_ Claude tabs open. One for each active 'project' that i have ongoing throughout the workday.
I always learn something. Thanks Matt. I don't need Perplexity because I use Brave which always answers me with Mixtral AI, whatever I type. It's brilliant. As for Claude, why does it need your phone number.? That's a no go for me.
Would love to see a deeper video into how you use and setup all your Claude Projects. As a marketer/social media influencer who uses AI would love video like that. Thank you
I enjoyed your insights on AI tools-it's fascinating how much they can streamline everyday tasks! I've been diving into the world of collaborative AI lately, particularly with SmythOS, which makes it super easy to bring together various AI agents for complex workflows.
Matt I love perplexity for health issues I love the fact I know sources such as the London School of Medicine, Mayo Clinic etc...more credible than Doctor Google. Love your channel Matt you're my AI guy
would it be possible for you to make a video about how you do your episodes, workflow, cameras, lights, and recording parametes, your image is impecable and the sound is outstanding, do you do it all yourself or do you work in team , and how do you integrate the tools in your production, congratulations your videos are outstanding
That's funny, I totally do the same thing with Perplexity. I will often have a thought or question and just type it into perplexity since I always have it open in a tab.
Hi Matt, thanks for the vids. They are amazingly wide-ranging and concise at the same time! Would you please consider doing a short tutorial on Glif? I've seen you flash through it and it looks super helpful, I'm just not too sure what's going on!!! Many thanks again.
SMALL BUSINESS AI Help needed. Great work Matt. Is there a way you can do a video or create a list of the best AI tools for running a small business? Basic business functions AND research tools would be great. These are the 2 areas that are most needed and useful to small business owners. Most of us also Hhave google based infrastructure for online apps, storage, meetings, email, etc…. Any way to also focus tools that perform better with google resources would be great.
Matt, I've appreciated your channel for a while now, and thanks for being an educator. I cant help thinking though, particularly during your OTTER presentation during "AI Humanity and the future of work" the hilarious unspoken message "isn't the human really the weak point of all in this system?" A whole tool for a human that has a hard time paying attention, remembering, contextualizing or even caring about the presentation (ok so even if you don't have these particular "problems" per se, we can at least appreciate that this tool can do it better than literally ANY human being on the planet or like 99% yeah?); once the human weak link is removed from all the work, I'm sure the work will be done much more efficiently. The implications on THAT, what it means for our society, and the future of not just work but humanity... a metamorphosis is inbound and I just don't see our current institutions and traditions re- economics, politics, social conventions are even remotely capable of preparing people. I don't see how this isn't a bigger deal with people in general.
I know what you mean about Krea. It’s really good in many ways but I ran a fuzzy photo of my old school soccer team through it and it made the brickwork behind us and the fabric of the kits look so real, yet it made all our faces look so similar we might have been related and it completely removed the glasses one boy was wearing.
I have seen many examples of coding and scientific papers but almost no examples of AI doing Engineering Design. There are aerospace, maritime, electrical, electronic and civil engineering tasks as well as others, some of it in 3D. How does the present generation of AI fare? Can it produce scale drawings circuit diagrams etc , that can be used to construct things?
Would you be able to share what service you use to edit your YT Shorts videos? They're so Good 👍 if you're editing everything yourself then never mind 😅 Thank you Matt! Love your videos 🎉
I didn't know projects were like GPTs. Maybe they don't work the way I think they do. I want one section where I can continuously talk about or ask questions about my fiction, Python code for games I'm making, and my streaming/Let's Playing. My game is related to my fiction and I'll sometimes play as my characters in an RPG, and I want it to remember all the details and remember what we've talked about. Does it remember things across conversations or do you have to put what you want it to maintain into the section for information?
Please please elaborate on your Second Brain project. I'm obsessed with Second Brains, and I'm wondering how artificial intelligence could be used to leverage second brains in the future. It's one thing to manually enter everything into Obsidian, but imagine just entering everything into a database and your AI being able to recount things for you.
imagine recording all of your thoughts all day, transcribing them, jumping them into a large language model, and then having Satan that you with more and more things to do for Infinity forever and ever and ever and ever
Very helpful vid!! But one thing I’ve noticed with Claude is that it seems like I’ll be using it and then it will limit my messages. And I’m barely even using it that much. I do have the pro version and pay $20 a month. So, how do you get away with using it so much every day, all day long, but not be limited??
Hey Matt > Perplexity Pro INCLUDES 'GPT-4o, Claude-3, Sonar Large (LLama 3.1), and more.' But, can you get the Claude project functionality if you go this route?
Very nice video. Can you please make a video about ai tools related for growing youtube channel or tools like Spotter labs? And do you have a tutorial showing how you exctly make thumbnails with Spotter labs? Thanks
You need to be congratulated, this is the most dense, linial information you have produced. You conveyed in a way the majority of tech-curious people could understand an entire eco-system in under 30 minutes. Thanks so much.
Spot on! Couldn’t have said it better myself!
Dude perplexity is so good. I remember querying google conversationally when I was a kid, didn't know about structuring the query with keywords for good results.
Now that I can talk to perplexity that way, it feels like a genuine evolution of Google.
Thanks Matt, you're probably the only RUclipsr who I always watch their new releases when I get an alert!
That’s true!
I'd like to see a video on how you create your custom instructions and gather knowledge for Claude projects
Great tip about adding Perplexity as the main search engine. Thank you.
Sundar Pichai dislikes this 🤣🤣
If you're using Stable Diffusion for one purpose, you can modify the config file at the root of SD to directly fix the values of parameters like CFG, denoising, default resolution, number of steps, batch count, etc. so that you don't have to manually adjust them every time.
Can you do a video: gpts vs projects vs mindstudio that breaks down and compares which one is better?
Don't forget Google Geminis
Yes please!
yes!
Damn, never knew I needed it so much until I read it
Wow, my head is just exploding. Thank you for sharing your use cases, it is very helpful and most people wouldn’t share these tips. You rock!
Cool stuff Matt! You're a great one-stop shop for AI News!!!
Matt this is why you are my go to channel for AI. You give PRACTICAL advice! 💯💯💯
Love this video, Matt! …so helpful, thank you.
And also appreciate the toned down delivery, a little slower and calmer.
Matt, we need a in detailed video of Projects for Claude AI.
Love what you are doing, thanks!
Thanks for this video Matt!
This is pure gold Matt!
The use of AI to save time on routine tasks is a major game-changer. I can see how Otter’s transcription features would really speed up workflows.
deploy whisper os in colab for free transcriptions. prompt with voice.
Great video again Matt. Since you mentioned Claude - I’ve been using it a lot. Including Dashboard and Generate Prompt
22:34 Matt and Krea, you need to adjust the setting if you want it to remain true to the original. By default, it is set to give you a version of the original, plus it also describes the image first, like Stable Diffusion, before it upscales it.
Thank you for sharing, Matt! I really appreciate your work and the valuable insights you bring about AI tools. Keep up the great content!
Thank you so much. I use perplexity constantly, now have it as my default search engine. Less clicking is super.
Wow that was one of the best Matt Wolfe videos I have seen. So many useful tools, and great strategies of using old standby tools. Awesome Content!!!
You rock Matt, cheers from Brazil

Those videos are very helpful. 👌🏼
Thank you for the transparency and insights.
Great vid that answered several questions about your process. Thank you for all the fantastic and useful information.

The benefit that I noticed is that when i set up a project I may ask more questions before i get blocked because of limitations.
Is Claude free?
projects will save you so much time mate.
Is your computer slow as fuck?
Projects are the way to go.
I always learn something. Thanks Matt. I don't need Perplexity because I use Brave which always answers me with Mixtral AI, whatever I type. It's brilliant. As for Claude, why does it need your phone number.? That's a no go for me.

Thanks! This is gem.
I use Claude AI every day; however, I don't like the message limit they have on the pro account.
LibreChat with openrouter is the way, also with artifacts working with gpt-4o/llama/mistral, not only claude
Amazing video, Matt - Thanks so much!
Thank you for sharing! me and my friends are using this and this tool is truly a life saver for us research students.

Matt Wolfe, amazing video it was really good
Very valuable sharing Matt, keep it up
dude! so much value thank you. That RUclips thumbnail workflow is awesome do you think you could make a separate video on it? Thanks again
Mike, your do an amazing job. By far the most valuable information about AI on the internet. Thank you for all your hard work

Some very good suggestions. Thank you.
Matt Wolfe, FIRE VIDEO!
Your channel is fantastic
Thanks Matt
i love Claude
Super useful, tnks!!
One of the few channels I have notifications turned on 👌
Yup''!
I use my Rabbit R1 when I have random questions like that. So much easier than a whole chat!
What is your hardware set up? (Eg camera, mic, software to record and edit video etc)
Thanks for sharing your videos are great 👍

Holy crap, it's a medical AI too?!?
Ooooh, voice sounds over-compressed. Makes my head tingle....
great video
Should make a update on this every 6 months
No I'm waiting for the next greatest thing called Minerva and Claude.
How cool Minerva and Clyde!
I use Perplexity constantly for my writing.
Hey Matt, do you have a mind-mapping app/program recommendation for a uni student?
How do we get some of your projects like the ad Intergration and is there a media ad creation
Matt Wolfe, nice video keep it up
Is there an open source alternative to mymind that I could host on my server ?

What does Matt use to place himself in the bottom corner with screen recordings? Thanks!
Hey Matt do you know if there is a text to image generator that can turn the generated picture into a 3D printer object file like an STL file?
damn spotter labs really looks amazing
