U can do it in Intel monitor settings (something like that) on laptops...

Or, you could just you the GeForce filters and not ruin the rest of your applications Colors. This way it only applies to the game you’re playing. Plus, each games you play has it’s own custom profiles so you can always get each game you play to look how you want it to and not apply it at all to games you don’t want. It also has way more options and filters to help you see better in dark areas.

Wondering what 345% hue means... do i get just under three and a half colors? I would want my hue to be set at something around 16.7 billion percent instead. Or 345 degrees works as well.
let's say you have a wheel with all the colors. changing hue would change all the colors so blue could look green etc. he's doing a little under a 360 degree rotation which basically shifts all the colors on the wheel left 15 degrees
use 355 hue not 345

I got laptop Optimus thingy, I change the nvidia and and hue from both Intel and nvidia but color setting doesn't show up on the screen. It eeezzz what it eeeeeezzzz

Brokie? You're not a brokie for using a particular monitor brand. There are much more expensive monitors that are way better than those. I have the Alienware AW3423DW for instance and it has arguably the best panel on the market, namely Samsung's 34" 1440p ultrawide QD-OLED panel. Why would I suddenly need a Zowie monitor? Many monitors have presets like those or let you make a custom preset that does the same thing.
