How far is the beach
Hi there, there are several beaches nearby. From a 15 minute walk to a 5 minute drive. Also you can take our free shuttle bus

HI William, fees vary by size of villa. Anywhere from $190 to $290. They include 6-day/week garbage collection, 24-hour security, outside maintenance of common areas, outside lighting, 24-hour onsite office.

It also depends if you own in a personal name or corporation - corporations pay on the value of assets. We have a convenience store, market and restaurant onsite. The rest of local stores are as little as a 5 minute ride away.
