Dude !! I was going to pay someone 600-700 dollars to do this on my power awning. But finding this video I will get this done for the price of my new awning and pizza & beer for my helper. I have the very same power awning that is only 12 feet and this should be even more simple and quicker. Thank you so much for your great post. I’ll perhaps try to get some video and let you know how it went. 👍
I got my awning today I cannot see a second stitched slot to feed the tubing in where the roller goes in mine came with the tubes out. I fed the top in the a second in at the bottom. But my third white tube had no stitched tab. It seems as though it may be for a different model. My roller and old awning had two slots like yours when the roller got installed? Are you familiar with a replacement that does need two slots used ? Thanks in advance for any help.
