So much for the so-called- premium products the company advertises…….since the defective substandard bed unit installation in December 2023 invisible bed team is INVISIBLE…..to name few issues: a) misaligned landing legs (floor rests - GLUED not screwed in place); b) squeaky noises when bed in use; c) one bed side is lower than the other; d) head board is just that (not cushioned); e) worst of all no response from the team don’t know the bed unit installed is left on whose mercy; f) we paid premium to get unit painted to have uneven bubbled paint peeling off Substandard product attachments worst installation……no corrective actions…….false promises…….truly duping one customer at a time😡😡
