    I have arrived at the same conclusion after many years to practice. Pratice with little break here and there in order to build the mouthpiece and not to destroy it. Thank you!!!

      Yes, I think that's the best way to practice. And it's applicable to any skill, I think. Those little breaks to make a difference. :)
