I really enjoyed this. In the late 1980's I would accompany my husband on business trips to that area and it was nice seeing familiar sights. Later on we went down to Jetty Park and camped. My husband says that the best chilidog he ever ate was at Arbetters on Merritt Island. Next time you are in that area, check it out. I would like to see you travel all the way up the coast on A1A. It holds a lot of memories for me.

Me! I want to see every angle of the abandoned pizza hut! I always pronounced Eau Gallie, Oh-Gally, but I'm not sure if that is correct either haha! I used to take percussion lessons over there! This was a great video Jay, I really enjoyed seeing my old backyard and all the weird stuff we used to drive by when I was a kid! Great video! There’s a park near me with a big twisted beam from the World Trade Center - in Bixby, a suburb of Tulsa, OK. It’s Washington Irving Memorial Park, on the bank of the Arkansas River. Did you know the author of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Rip Van Winkle traveled through Oklahoma and wrote about it in 1832? The park is also famous for mountain lion sightings, and dear to me for an otter I spotted on the bank and in the river. (I’m still looking for the mountain lion.) Jaysun, when I first saw your video was about Ponce de Leon, I thought you were in Ponce de Leon, FL at the state park about 6½ hours west of where you were! My daughter took us swimming there when I visited her in Pensacola in August. I need to read about it - see how far inland Ponce de Leon went.

Went to school with Kelly, we were kids running up and down Cocoa Beach, swimming, biking, and of course surfing.
