Firstly, I'm a huge ELO fan. Have been since I was 15. 'TIME' & 'Out Of The Blue' are in my top 10 best albums of all time. I only listened to snippets of 'Out of Nowhere' and it didn't grab me. The songwriting is still with Jeff, but he's lost touch with the experimental nature of his earlier albums - especially where synths are concerned. ENIAC, what you've achieved with this mix and with all of your others - especially 'Help Yourself' - is quite unbelievable. I've fallen in love with your mixes and just can't unhear them when I hear the originals. From the mixing to the added arrangements, you've blown me away. They are absolutely fucking mind-blowingly awesome! You've somehow managed to capture ELO's essence and the potential that these tracks deserved by adding your own genius and the best elements of ELO. I don't use those words lightly. I only want to hear the rest of 'Out Of Nowhere' with your touch. Please never stop what you're doing! I hope Jeff gets to hear these because I'd hope to God he'd snap you up to collaborate or produce! Well done mate!
As a 46-year fan of ELO's music, I find myself ranking several of your remixes as far better than the original. You provide exactly the combination of an updated sound AND a return to the greatest elements about the mid-70's - early 80's sound that ELO's music of the 21st century has so far lacked. You are very deftly managing a very tricky modernizing-retro balancing act in your arrangements and production. Keep up the amazing work. I have included several of your remixes among ELO "canon" on my ELO's greatest hits playlist. (Hope you'll give the ENIAC treatment to "All My Love". Also, I'd be interested in what you do with "Livin' Thing" and "Turn to Stone".) Thank you most sincerely for your "gifts" to ELO fans everywhere.
Can you please add strings to the album .This album is crying out for the lush string arrangements that where once prominent on such classic E.L.O albums as Out of the Blue and Face The Music
The lyrics here probably refer to Jeff feeling he is losing the potency of the elixer from his inner musical muse, and FOON does indicate this. But synchronicity has provided another genius to lift the songs up and even the muses can only marvel.
Unbelievable, this has more of the classic ELO sound than the official album version. Brings to my mind the styles of Time & Secret Messages. Really eager hearing more remixes

Again a very interesting and listenable alternative take on Jeff's new album off which my fav tunes so far are Help Yourself and Down Came The Rain.
