Such a cool relaxing video in these uncertain times. By the way, you mentioned the foodwear which actually looks really compfy to wear and practical for muddy evironments at the same time. What brand are these. Hope I can find them in Germany somewhere.
Thanks Johannes! They are LL Bean boots. They're the most comfortable we've ever owned and they're made by hand in Maine, USA. Here is a video about the history of them: ruclips.net/video/AaHbPuZaT4I/видео.html There is a really good used market for them on ebay where you can buy them much cheaper than a new pair. That is how we got ours.
I should also mention that compared to US shoe sizes you order one size down. For example if you're a US size 10 normally you'd order a 9 with the boots.

My dad took me to Muskoka in the 60s when I was a small child. Is there WiFi? How close to town were you for supplies, food etc? Looks like no kitchen.
