Excellent interview! I'm so grateful to have discovered Beverly Engel's books. They are not merely a collection of stories and symptoms, but actual "blueprints" for healing. I've read many books on the topics discussed, but Beverly's books have insights like no other books I've come across. Her caring and empathy have made me stop, look and listen long enough to do the exercises. It's that that will make the difference for me. Many, many thanks. 🌷

It gets tricky after you realize and address the shame! You will often become over sensitive to the situations that trigger your shame!
