I was in Army basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri back in the fall of 1973. One early morning my company is standing in formation in the dark outside of the barracks waiting for the drill sergeants. Someone happened to look at the sky and saw a satellite slowly moving overhead and pointed it out. Before you knew it the whole company was standing there with their heads all looking up. Of course, the drill sergeants come out at this exact moment and start screaming at us for looking up and we had to drop and give em 50 pushups. Good times.
Camp Pendleton, 1997. I was a Marine stationed there and worked as a repair technician for systems that utilized FLIR cameras for targeting purposes. Those cameras were really badass. We’d do this at night on top of one of the mountains on base, just point the camera out at the night sky. If we swung north and zoomed in a bit we would see nearly this much traffic over LA. Planes and helicopters flying over that town all night long. San Diego not as much, and we were closer so we didn’t have the wide perspective like we did over LA. One evening I pointed it out over the Pacific, just due west and sat there. There was a lot of air traffic, more than I thought there would be, but it was all conventional aircraft and a meteor or two now and again. Those cameras weren’t nearly as sharp as this. Almost scary how many more satellites are up there these days. Planet must look like a dirty atom from deep space.
Starlink has the largest satellite constellation. Thousands of cubes @LEO. There is a tracker for this. I’m looking at the date and time. The statement said night time so not utilizing military time? I don’t even have Zulu time. Nor longitude or latitude referenced. It’s cool to watch, but without filling in the variables, I’ll stick with my above statement.
As a child, in the 70s, in Africa, I saw movement. Our night sky was black. No light pollution. I saw moving objects going in erratic patterns. I was a night sky watcher, so it was over a number of years. We lived 40 km from an airport, so I knew what planes looked like at night. There was also a military airbase not far and those also had a recognisable movement and sound. Stopped sky watching in 1984. (Moved) and forgot about it until 2024.
@@jayarm9258 it's a joke, right? Are you saying that ALL those flying objects are not planes??? I can definitely see the halo of kerosene jet engine emissions. If it's not a common jet engine it might be some other type but still man made. I really don't think aliens come round with kerosene spacecrafts. Not even other fuels. And why so many? Where do they go? What do they do? I've seen some wierd stuff a few nights, strange fast moving lights, changing suddenly direction. These ones look pretty slow in comparison.
@erwinwizzy yea I'm not talking about these in the video I'm talking about things doing 90⁰ turns without changing speed and making a full circle very fast and fly off and 2 things flying around like they were almost playing with each other how they were flying and no I don't believe aliens exist either but it's something though for sure lol
Interesting! Goes to show - If you’re using a particularly wide field of view, taking long exposures, or capturing continuous video with high sensitivity, it’s entirely possible to catch several thousand events in a single night. The sky may look serene to the naked eye, but with modern equipment, it’s teeming with activity-most of it man-made. So, if you notice a neat, rhythmic flash-especially in the 0.5-2 Hz range-you’re almost certainly catching either a tumbling satellite or an aircraft’s strobe lights.
I saw same about two months ago. In WV. On a mtn top. No light pollution here. Can see everything up there. Ive seen some crazy shit this past decade. Great footage! Subbed.
I saw the same string of lights, in West Michigan. When I looked up if starling was in the area and it was not. Is it possible for that site to be wrong. Or is this UAP?
I remember looking up as a kid in a small rural town in the 80's and maybe, MAYBE catching a glimpse of 1 or 2 satellites. Now, its non stop. Its crazy how many there are up there now. My wife and i still satellite gaze and catch the metor showers when we can. Indeed, the space around our planet is very busy now.
@@Wesmancan 100% they are. Especially the trail of Starlink. Video is sped up and not a single one of those is changing speed or direction or showing any unusual capability that would suggest UAP's of any kind or even a normal aircraft, for that matter. I'm a believer of UAPs but I'm not weak minded enough to make things into something they're not just because I want them to be something they aren't. Satellites change lumosity as the pass into and out of the earth's shadow based on thier direction and height of orbit. This can also give the illusion they're "appearing" or "disappearing", and also causes them to get really bright and fade out. The ISS does this almost every time it passes over you at night. I have a video I took about a week ago of the Starlink Trail "appearing" as it moved towards the sunrise. This is normal satellite activity.
@romainlaude5023 bro, read my reply above... not budging from it. If it's not satellites, let's hear your reasonable explanation. The Starlink Trail is the most obvious. Also, IR accentuates brightness and lense flairs, which is why you don't use NVGs with the lights on
The first part of your video 0:21 , those line of circles going up came over my house at a very low altitude in western Tn at around 4:30 am in June 2018 There were 7 of them going towards the NE and were gone in a couple seconds, quite amazing and I have been looking for them ever since. This is the first video i have come across that shows me exactly what i saw that morning ! Thankyou, Thankyou !
Those are Elons Musks sattelittes. You can check the internet to see when they are visible. Eventually, they all spread out into position. I believe it is called skylink.
@@thinkingoutloud5610 These were going horizontal and only about 3 k feet in air , lower than what you would see a airplane coming in to a local airport. So IDK
A couple years ago I saw something similar while traveling. I stopped for gas in the middle of nowhere in VA. Cold, clear night. I love the stars so I look up and a perfect line if dots are moving across the sky. There's was 7-8. They didn't fade away for at least 5 minutes. I assumed it was skylink. In Nplaes FL in 2003 I saw a comet and made 3 other people come out to see it. Idk if it was really a comet but that's exactly what it looked like. It was definitely outside the atmosphere and was there for hours. When I got home I went online and could find anything. In 1998 in Ft Myers FL, my girlfriend and I were walking home from a community pool at night. I heard wind sound but it was calm. A second later something massive and silent passed over us. It was so dark I could only see it blocking out the stars as it passed. It was low enough I could hear wind but it had no other sound. She saw it too and got scared and ran to my house. If I had to guess I'd say it was a couple hundred feet up.
I live in Canada and I too have seen the line of dots moving in the sky then disappeared. I was at the dog park at the time. I was able to take a photo of it.
I got to see Starlink with the naked eye before they adjusted the solar panels! It was by far the craziest thing I think I’ve ever seen in the night sky. Just a train of lights that lasted for more than a minute! If you didn’t know what it was, you’d for sure think it was aliens or some other secret government tech 😂
First time we saw it was around 2016-17, little rocket man was launching rockets over Japan almost weekly. That evening, we just finished watching "Signs" at our ranch, walked out on the porch about midnight and saw the string of lights. My buddy walks out and says "Santa Clause" then we all thought we were being bombed or invaded by aliens...until we googled it. Now we have internet at the ranch thanks to starlink.
Get yourself stellarium and watch it all coordinate in pretty much real time. Iridium satellites, HBO satellites, private satellites, military satellites, STARLINK TRAINS, AIR TRAFFIC.... The future is now. The sped up time makes it appear busier than it really is. Cool video.
Yeah the Starlink trains are pretty dramatic looking. And other stuff, a lot of satellites -space is pretty busy these days, we have a lot of junk up there.

Four, maybe five, years ago, my wife and I attended a Sinterklaas Christmas parade/event in Rhinebeck, NY. The sky was clear, the evening bitterly cold, and the moonlight reflected on the snow. We were in the huge crowd watching the parade when I heard a young girl say to her dad, "Look, Daddy, up in the sky-it's Santa!" We all looked up, and that was my first sighting of Elon’s Starlink. Some of us knew about it, but to those around us who didn’t, I am sure it cast a sense of wonder. We don’t experience wonder as much these days, with most answers at our fingertips. Great video. Thanks.

They are satellites.😊 The ones forming a straight line pattern are called Starlink. I didn't even know they existed until I downloaded the Sky at Night app which shows the entire night sky. It's really cool, you can point your phone to any place in the sky and it will tell you what you are seeing, like planets, stars, constellations, galaxies, and even satellites.
For real. Another footage i saw about 2-3 weeks ago someone up loaded a video similar to this one. I don’t quite understand why they move the way they do or why or even what it is. But I’m sure we will know soon enough. :)
@RaceAgnstTme They are satellites. One of the groups is well known, called Starlink. Those in this video are not extraterrestrial. They move like that because they are in orbit. They have to be synced and "dance" because there are thousands of them up there.
Ok now I have to get my own IR set up for my dslr! (All pointers appreciated!). Allot looks like “satellite” reflections of sunlight (albeit low energy) with noticeable inclinations where they form tails and then go dark or just go dark. With the time of day and lat/longitude we should be able to figure out rough altitudes of these things. Maybe even spot the ones that don’t fit an orbital pattern!
I was thinking the same. They all seem to “light up” around the same general area as they pass through. The “light up zone” moves from top left to bottom right consistently, which would likely suggest a reflection from another consistent light source. The light up zone moving slowly from left to right could suggest reflection from either the earth’s reflection of sun or the sun itself. Truly knowing the details of where, when, what direction we are facing, and then matching all that up with the frequency/direction of satellite and space debris revolutions would eliminate a heavy amount of common movement. Then you would only be left with many more questions lol
No, we’re here, we can only travel when we sleep, there’s missions that we go on, And then we come back home to our body and wake up. Some dreaming and don’t take it serious… But it’s a way to get things done in the spirit world.

Lastly, wouldn't an infra-red camera require infra-red light shined on something for it to work? Sorry for being dumb.

Woah look out, we’ve got a badass here
As a child, in the 70s, in Africa, I saw movement.
I see those all the time with my telescope and still can't tell you you what that shit is

Wow. A lot of traffic! Thank you for the opportunity to see this.

Those aren’t satellites mang.

Looks like souls that made the transition 🕊️

Actually nope. . those are all coming from within Earth firmament .
Filming earth for episodes of the Galaxies funniest home videos I bet!
Firmament = heaven
@@JasongCLJtheres no firmament 😂.
Hey Todd... Thanks for the footage it is amazing...we live by lake Michigan in the Cheese...have had close interactions with UAPs over and under the lake...never realized there are so many crafts out there...!!!
Great job capturing them on film...!!!
I'm from morocco, one-year ago,l saw like this,before sunset
Best skies I have ever seen were in Morocco. Imlil in the Atlas Mountains. I wish I was there now.
Starlink
WTF? They disappear too? That’s an incredible amount of activity.
Incredible footage
This light chains, are never ever Star-Link satellites, never.
This is something else.
Insane Video!
When I see something stop, change directions or suddenly make a right angle turn it may be something else but these are satellites, there are 22,000 in orbit now so you are seeing them in real time. If you go to any number of SkyTracker sites you will see exactly what these are. I have seen the Skylink train a dozen times here in the mountains of CO along with what you are getting video of. After 15 years skywatching, only 2 times at night and 1 time during the day have I seen something moving changing directions and totally inexplicable and you would not believe me if I described them to you.
Star link has multiple different rows of satellites that go in different directions. I’ve seen 3 different myself over my house. Many people don’t realize there’s more than one star link train out there now. I don’t know how many there are.
Satellites do not make right angle turns. I can't tell you what can though.
@@GoneCarnivore I’m not claiming everything out there is satellites but most of what’s in this video is. I’ve seen tech in the sky that was supposedly impossible. No argument there. But not everything is a UAP.
@@GoneCarnivore Is that not what I just said, .
Why do the Star L. satellites all seem to disappear at an exact set point? Sun light? Confused.
Wow! The Starlink was amazing! We were able to see it 3 times last year, the first two only had a few, but the last one had 20+, was low and slow and was so cool!
I have seen starlink and it did not move that fast and had wider spacing, I have seen the train and it was hauling too fast to be starlink in my opinion. plus it came out of a military base and was reported going in the opposite direction back to base six hours later.
It's evil.
