-Was he holding back when he was written to lose in AoU against ironman, a fight that ironman always loses in all iterations of comics?
-Was he holding back when he got his ass beat like a jobber by Thanos who didn't even need to use an infinity stone to beat him?
-Was he holding back when he used the infinity gauntlet and his arm was in a cast for the rest of the movie (his healing factor is stronger than wolverine and arguably deadpool. He has regrown his head before).
Don't shit on Hulk fans for calling out the incompetency of the avenger's movie directors. They clearly have no concept behind the hulk nor a care for the character.
Easy fixes to the terrible script writing of the avenger's movies regarding Hulk:
1). Age of Ultron:
More people to stop the hulk in age of ultron
2). Infinity War:
Longer fight between hulk and thanos, hulk attacks, thanos beats him, hulk get's angry and overpowers thanos, thanos fears for his life and uses the power stone to overpower the hulk, matching infinite rage vs infinite power
3). Endgame:
Hulk get's a rematch vs thanos as millions of people were hoping for. Hulk's healing factor is showcased heavily and he sustains tons of damage but heals through it getting angrier and angrier.

As for the rest. You realize that if they don't nerf characters like Hulk and Superman from their strongest levels there's no point to anyone else even being there.

It’s a common misconception, Bruce Banner did, indeed, trained under self hypnosis to induce anger whenever required to turn into the Hulk even after he merged both of his halves he could increase his anger via mentally and that’s also why he yelled, so yes, he was most definitely hold him back during the fight. He only went a little bit further when he needed to beat his own cousin in the fight.
I like the physical contest between these cousins: that alone makes this far more worthwhile to watch than an awful LOT of things going on these days.

Yes and that is why it’s the first episode… they’re literally setting up her characters journey/arc in those very moments… Did you miss the entire point of their many conversations?? Also she does acknowledge the trauma and hardships bruce has been through and that it has been vastly more difficult and traumatic than her own, which is why she questions why bruce wants her to follow in his footsteps. Are y’all even actually paying attention to these episodes??
