Hi man! Great video. I really want to learn the combo you show at the start of the video. I get the perfect boom but I can’t connect the back HK. What’s the trick? Is light boom?
Try this one in the corner (if *punish countering*[xx = drive cancel]): stHP *PC* dfHK xx stMP dfHK ODblade OD boom (Must wall-splat) H. Flash kick --->LVL3 Does 6671 damage and it's super easy to pull off.
@@IVISMiLESIVI I found another great one, but it's way harder. Actually, I didn't find it, saw it on Twitter. It starts near mid-screen with OD Blade/Cross, but close enough to wall splat, raw drive rush into dfHK -XX- dfHK, H.Flash into LVL3. (The "XX" means drive cancel). It does something in the neighborhood of 7,600 damage. Haven't been able to pull it off yet, certainly not in a match.

Guile has good and rather simple tools to control space and great anti air options. With good fundementals you will get far. Congrats on diamond! As a new master, everything changes, if you're not getting the most damage or positional advantage from a punish you will get cooked by these absolute beast playerd. And Guiles combos are as you stated, hard as fuck. He has a high skill ceiling that truly getscto shine at the higher levels of play, diamond 4 onward
Old comment but i labbed this for days a few months ago and i can do it 70 percent of the time haha. I play on stick but this is true for all controllers. The input string is : ST.MP > Downback >HP > Flashkick You need to hit downback INSTANTLY after MP. Legit within 2-4 frames of pushing M.P. Then you want to imput the flashkick as late as possible during the H.P animation. So you have the max amount of downcharge possible.

This is an old comment but heres some tips to cancel HP into övl2. Level 2 is two quarter circle backs > Punch button You can press one Quarter circle back Heavy punch (normal Heavy punch comes out), then immedietely do another quarter circle > punch. The second quarter circle punch has to be made before the HP animation ends

Nice vid! You can build up charge during the lvl 2 animation. I’ve used it to unleash a surprise flash kick on a jumping opponent.

@@IVISMiLESIVI in training mode, set the bot to throw fire balls, catch it in mid throw with the OD Blade/ OD Cross to wall splat
