Hi Allen, I also have the same combo, plus an a6600 I use sometimes as well. I have the 1.4 tc too and will get a review of that onto RUclips soon. Thanks for watching.
It is a while ago but nice video😀👍…did you only use the a6600 in this video? Somebody in the comments asked if you shoot jpegs? Are these jpegs? Are you not limited when processing jpegs in post? Waiting for your next video and hopefully Sony comes with a brand new aps-c body soon… greetings Ron,Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Hi Ron, nice to hear from you again. In this particular video I used both my a6600 and my A9II camera bodies. I shot professionally for 10 years using film in the days before digital. Back then it was 'get it right when shooting or throw it away'. I now shoot only jpegs and have done so exclusively since about 2001. Why? Because it works for me and no I've NEVER felt limited in post regarding jpegs. They speed up my workflow and personally I've never seen a limitation. I've printed up to 20"x30" with amazing results from my jpegs. I have clients all over the world who buy my jpegs. I don't give a rat's ass what all the"experts" tell me.
Oh Man, great Shots & Vids,. Thank you so much! Make you in JPEG or RAW? Till now I work only in JPEG. Because RAW is more time to spend? I think so. Thanks
Hi Frits, Thanks for the nice comments and for taking the time to watch. I've been shooting professionally for 22 years now and since digital came along, I have shot jpegs with much success. Reason? It works for me. Yes, RAW demands much more time and I'd rather be outside shooting more photos. Take care.
Hi Welcome to my channel and to Colorado. Thanks for watching. My first recommendation would be these 5 places I cover here: ruclips.net/video/uqH0Z19wfIs/видео.html Lot of those are good all year.
Hi David, lately I've been doing probably 90% hand held. I find that the flexibility to move around quicker is the reason I've been hand holding. My low water shots are from a ground pod (or resting the lens on my foot at water level).
Loved this video except being in my 70’s now I can't get down low to the ground and I do live where there are shore birds. I shoot with a Sony a1 200-600mm lens
Hi Sandra, thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. Your camera setup should be making you pretty happy these days, it's a nice one...enjoy it!

I am a neighbor to the north in Loveland
... New to Colorado and New to photography. What are your recommendations for local wildlife hangouts?

THANK YOU. THANK YOU. I am so lucky that you had this wonderful video already in the can!! Beautiful!
Thanks, Don. Really good suggestions here. What percentage of your bird shots, do you think, are captured on a tripod as opposed to handheld?
