    excellent video demonstration touching the basics of cooling/heat load calculations and parameters to be taken down from the site for accurate cooling load. Please upload more examples and situations to understand better.

    hi!
    i learned a lot with your video but now i have to estimate the thermical load of a big freezer (-16 celsius). i did everything correct at dimensioning the space, but i cant set the temperature to -16 celsius. can you help me?
    it is supposed to be a simple task but im messing it up

    if a buliding has a total glass and want to perform load calculation by hap is it possible? if yes then how to do it?

    • @AMJEngineering
      @AMJEngineering  3 года назад

      Sure. Let's assume exposure N is 10x10 meters. So make wal10x10 and add max window dimension you can use. Lets say 9.95x9.95 or whatever works for you

      is there any othr way becz i tried it wall diminsion need to be more bigger(nearast is not accptable by hap

    • @AMJEngineering
      @AMJEngineering  3 года назад

      No other way. I tried this before. I dont think it should be too much bigger. How much bigger you mean?

    Really helpful .but how will we take elecrtic and lighting load for diiferent cases .please tell me the ans .is there any thumb rule dependent on area

    • @AMJEngineering
      @AMJEngineering  6 лет назад

      Hello dear. Electric and load lighting should be taken from Ashrae tables. These table gives the recommended electric and lighting loads depending on area usage type.

      @@AMJEngineering Dear AMJ ENG. please, do tell us if those tables are paid and if not, where can we find them from. Thank you very much!

    Hi,
    Can you please explain why there is negative ventilation latent cooling load in Air system design load summary?

    • @jdfehrenbach
      @jdfehrenbach Год назад

      It's because the region / location of the project has an ambient relative humidity LESS THAN the interior RH setpoint. So any outside air you bring into the space will have a "drying" effect on the space. Therefore, negative latent cooling.

    Hi
    Why you did not consider the exposed perimeter for the floor on the ground floor

    Please, do you know why heat gain through the floor slab on ground is always zero?

    • @AMJEngineering
      @AMJEngineering  3 года назад

      It is zero if ground is above conditioned space. Otherwise, not zero.

    • @Tomiwa101
      @Tomiwa101 3 года назад

      @@AMJEngineering It's always zero even "on grade". Try it yourself. After running the calculation check floor transmission, it's always zero.
